Patent number: 11928958Abstract: This invention relates to a method for users localization and guidance of the movements of the users through a building adapted in relation to an event, along paths leading to one or more given target places, with connected objects (T, T?) in communication link with a remote resource server which is a control server (S) accessible by a communication network, comprising the following steps: on the basis of a digital model of the building (BIM, CIM), nodes (N) and edges (A) are computed; a user waiting list is assigned to each passage node; a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) of movement toward the target places (“E”, “S”, “W”) is automatically computed with the nodes and the edges (A); the actual location of an event is detected; the actual position of each user located in the building is computed; as a function of the profile of the user, of the user's location in real time in the building causing the inaccessibility of certain nodes of the Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG), the so-called ‘updated’ Directed Acyclic GraType: GrantFiled: October 2, 2020Date of Patent: March 12, 2024Assignees: Centre National De La Recherche Scientifique, Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussees, Universite Paris Est Creteil val de Marne, Universite Gustave EiffelInventors: Abderrezak Rachedi, Ahmed Mebarki

Patent number: 11692045Abstract: The invention is in the field of therapy of gut inflammatory diseases such as Inflammatory Bowel Diseases (IBD) or Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) including Gluten hypersensitivity. The inventors showed that ELA2A secreted by epithelial cells in the extracellular space is over-expressed in IBD conditions degrading tight junction proteins and controlling cytokines expression. Overexpression of ELA2A conferred a pro-inflammatory phenotype both in cell expression systems and in vivo in animal model of IBD. The inventors also showed that ELA2 over-expressing intestinal epithelial cells increase the release of CXCL8 protein compared to control cells. The increased CXCL-8 protein release observed in cells overexpressing ELA2A is inhibited by ELAFIN addition to the culture, in a dose-dependent manner. In particular, the invention relates to inhibitors of Elastase ELA2A, for use in the treatment of Inflammatory Bowel Diseases, such as Crohn's Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Celiac disease, and Pouchitis.Type: GrantFiled: September 22, 2020Date of Patent: July 4, 2023Assignees: Instutut Nationale de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale, Université Toulouse III—Paul Sabatier, Centre Nationale de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS)Inventors: Nathalie Vergnolle, Corinne Rolland, Céline Deraison-Manuel

Patent number: 11274160Abstract: The present invention relates to a new antibody anti-nectin-4. Nectin-4 is a tumor-associated antigen overexpressed in several cancers and notably in 30%, 49% and 86% of breast, ovarian and lung carcinomas, respectively, which are tumors of bad prognosis. Treatments remain still elusive. That's why the inventors developed a new targeted therapy based on an antibody having specificity to nectin-4 (called 14A5.2 mab). Indeed, the inventors selected this antibody for its intrinsic prophylactic anti-metastatic properties and also for the treatment of localized primary and metastatic cancer. More, the 14A5.2 mab could be indicated for the treatment of cancer resistant to ASG-22ME (from Astellas company). Thus, the invention relates to the 14A5.2 mab and its uses thereof.Type: GrantFiled: March 1, 2018Date of Patent: March 15, 2022Assignees: INSERM (Institut National de la Santé et de la Recherche Médicale, INSTITUT JEAN PAOLI & IRENE CALETTES, CENTRE NATIONALE DE LA RECHERCHE SCIENTIFIQUE, UNIVERSITE D'AIX MARSEILLEInventor: Marc Lopez

Patent number: 11226424Abstract: The invention is a method applicable to oil and gas exploration and exploitation for automatically detecting geological objects belonging to a given type of geological object in a seismic image, on a basis of a priori probabilities of belonging to a type of geological object assigned to each of samples of the image to be interpreted. The image is transformed into seismic attributes applied beforehand, followed by a classification method. For each of the classes, an a posteriori probability of belonging to a type of geological object is determined for each of the samples of the class according to the a priori probabilities, of the class, of belonging, and according to a parameter ? describing a confidence in the a priori probabilities of belonging. Based on the class of the sample, the determined a posteriori probability of belonging to a type of geological object is assigned for the samples of the class.Type: GrantFiled: May 15, 2019Date of Patent: January 18, 2022Assignees: IFP ENERGIES NOUVELLES, CENTRE NATIONALE DE LA RECHERCHE SCIENTIFIQUE, SORBONNE UNIVERSITYInventors: Pauline Le Bouteiller, Jean Charlety
