Abstract: A liquid crystal display with a height adjustable base assembly includes a base, an inclinable main arm, which is provided with a pivotal connection with the base and has slide rails, a panel fixing frame, which is capable of ascending and descending along the slide rails and has a locating groove, and a lock device, which is disposed between the main arm and the base and provides a locating pin member. When the main arm rotates a preset inclining angle relative to the base, the locating pin member is pushed to engage with the locating groove such that the operation of ascending and descending the panel fixing frame with respect to the main arm is locked. Hence, the liquid crystal panel bouncing outward suddenly during unpacked is avoided to secure the safety with convenient operations.
Abstract: A shock-absorbing suspension device includes a mounting rod mounted on a wheeled vehicle frame, a wheel rod mounted on a vehicle wheel axle and forward of the mounting rod, a counteracting member pivotally mounted on the mounting rod and having forward and rearward ends forward of the wheel rod, a primary linking bar disposed to couple one of the forward and rearward ends to the wheel rod so as to permit swinging of the counteracting member, a cantilever arm extending forward from the mounting rod to terminate at a bearing end, and a force transmitting member disposed to couple the bearing end to the other one of the forward and rearward ends to thereby minimize the impact of shock on the mounting rod.
Abstract: An injection molding machine and a method for mold-adjusting are provided. The injection molding machine comprises a mold-adjusting mechanism mounted to one side of the fixed platen and being coaxial with the tie bars. Each of the mold-adjusting mechanisms is constructed the same comprising a support frame (11), a motor (12), a mold-adjusting driving wheel (13), a mold-adjusting driven wheel (14), a hydraulic cylinder for positioning (15), a sensor and a control system.
Abstract: An orthopedic shoe includes a shoe body provided with shoe straps for fastening to a user's foot, a track vertically affixed to the shoe body, a calf guard vertically slidably coupled to the track, and a locking lever pivoted to the calf guard and biasable between a locking position to lock the calf guard to the track and an unlocking position to unlock the calf guard from the track for allowing adjustment of the elevation of the calf guard relative to the track.
Abstract: A fan blade and shaft mounting arrangement for bathroom exhaust fan includes a housing, a fan blade which has a hub, a center tube at the center of the hub and blades arranged around the hub, a fan shaft inserted through the center tube of the fan blade and supported between two bearing members in the housing, and a torsion spring that has a torsionable portion sleeved onto the fan shaft and a positioning portion fastened to the fan blade. When the fan shaft is rotated, the torsionable portion of the torsion spring is twisted and secured firmly to the fan shaft so that the fan blade is rotated with the fan shaft.
Abstract: A back brace includes a first brace member having a first connector, and a second brace member having a second connector and a coupler at two opposite sides thereof. The coupler is detachably connectable to the first connector. A first adjustment holder is affixed to one end of the first brace member and holds therein a first rod member. A second adjustment holder is affixed to one end of the second brace member and holds therein a second rod member. Two pull cords are inserted through the first adjustment holder and the second adjustment holder and run alternately back and forth over the first rod member and the second rod member to adjustably and abuttably hold the first and second brace members side by side. Two fastening members are fastened to distal ends of the pull cords and detachably connectable to the first and second connectors.
Abstract: A method of the present invention duplicates data of a source medium to target media. The source medium is stored ground data and effective data, wherein the ground data are repeated to fill up the source medium and the effective data overwrite some of the ground data. Next, reading data of the source medium and comparing the data to the ground data. If the data are not as same as the ground data, then copy the data to the at least one target medium. If the data are as same as the ground data, then read the next t data of the source medium and repeating the comparing step.
Abstract: A liquid crystal display includes a liquid crystal panel and a height adjustable base. The height adjustable base further includes a main base, a fixing frame and an elastic locating device. The main base provides at least a sliding rail, which has a stationary member attached to the main base and a movable member capable of sliding along the stationary member. The fixing frame is connected to the movable member for being mounted with the liquid crystal panel. The elastic locating device provides an acting end, which is disposed against the fixing frame for supplying an elastic ascending force to the fixing frame, and a joining end, which is detachably connected to the main base with an elastic coupling force for restoring the elastic ascending force automatically. Therefore, the liquid crystal display can be simply operated to release or restore the ascending elastic force needed at the time of height adjusting the liquid crystal panel.
Abstract: A direct memory access (DMA) system includes a memory unit, a memory control unit electrically connected to the memory unit to control the memory unit for data import or data export, a memory bus is electrically connected to the memory unit, an intermediate control unit electrically connected to the memory bus to receive data of the memory unit through the memory bus, and a plurality of DMA units, each of which includes a DMA controller electrically connected to the intermediate control unit and the memory control unit and a data in/out unit electrically connected to the DMA controller and the intermediate control unit. The DMA controllers control the data in/out units to receive data from the intermediate control unit. The present invention may reduce the load on bandwidth of the memory bus 31 and speed up the data transmission.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method of fabricating organic light emitting diode array, which adopts a directional spin coating technology to grow different organic light-emitting materials on the same plane so as to control the color of the emitted light and accomplish monochrome or full color organic light emitting diodes.

Abstract: The present invention provides a wash-free dinnerware, which is characterized in that, the surface of the wash-free dinnerware is provided with an insulating layer made of food-grade, high-temperature thermoplastic or thermosetting plastic materials; the insulating layer is formed onto the surface of wash-free dinnerware by means of thermal shrinkage, or immersion or blowing. So, the insulating layer could prevent direct contact of wash-free dinnerware with food.

Abstract: A gas-supply regulating device for use in a gas burner assembly, includes a housing defining a first delivery port communicated with a first burner tube, a second delivery port extending radially, and a gas inlet extending radially, a valve member rotatably disposed within the housing and provided with a duct unit such that rotation of the valve member results in shifting of gas supply of the gas inlet to different modes, and an actuator operable to rotate the valve member and to be shiftable between retained and released positions. Thus, the size of flames from the first and/or second burner tubes can be adjusted to meet the user's requirement during barbecuing.
Abstract: A leakproof electrode assembly is mounted in a plastic cover of a storage battery and has a body, a main flange and at least one enhanced flange. The main flange is formed around the body. The at least one enhanced flange is formed around the body and has a top surface, a bottom surface, an outer edge, an upper rib, a lower rib and a groove. The upper and lower ribs are respectively formed on and protrude from the top and bottom surface of the enhanced flange near the outer edge. The groove is formed around the outer edge of the enhanced flange. During combining the plastic cover with the electrode assembly, the upper and lower ribs and the groove provide more contacting surfaces to keep the plastic cover from fully departing from the enhanced flange and to keep liquid inside the battery from leaking out.
