Abstract: This invention relates to a radiator and its preparation method, and especially refers to a fin-pipe shaped radiator specially applied to semiconductor chilling unit and its preparation method. This radiator consists of vertical pipe and upper & lower horizontal pipe (both ends are blocked) welded into the heat radiation chamber, and the evaporator connected through pipeline with axially extending fins distributed on the external surface of the horizontal pipe and the vertical pipe in an angle “?” at the joint within the range of 0°<??90°. The main components are manufactured into sections by extruding, punching or other machining techniques and then soldered into a radiator. It has overcome the disadvantages of various and numerous welding points, complicated techniques and so on in existing manufactures, and has realized an industrialized batch production upon simple and reliable techniques.

Abstract: A bendable, washable, watertight key switch assembly is disclosed to include a polymeric flexible top layer made, which has key caps and a conducting member respectively bonded to the inside wall of each key cap, a polymeric flexible bottom layer defining with the flexible top layer an accommodation space, and a thin film circuit board set in the accommodation space and sealed to the flexible top layer and the flexible bottom layer with an adhesive, the thin film circuit board having printed switch contacts corresponding to the conducting members in the key caps for the contact of the associating conducting members to output a corresponding electric signal and a cable electrically connected to the printed switch contacts and extended out of the flexible top layer and the flexible bottom layer at one side for connection to an external electronic device.

After the femoral IM alignment guide is selected to fit the valgus angle and utilized with the femoral IM rod with respect to the distal femur, the distal femoral alignment guide is integrated to the complex. Then, the distal femoral cutting guide is slid to the distal femoral alignment guide in the orientation from distal to proximal through the sliding concave integrated with the sliding track.

In one aspect of using the converter, a card reader is able to read or write data in the miniature memory card through the memory card interface. In another aspect, an electronic device is able to access data of the miniature memory card by connecting the product interface to a corresponding communication port of the electronic device. Further, the converter can serve as a portable storage media by incorporating a memory module.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a scroll for scroll compressor, comprising an orbiting and a stationary spiral each composed of a spiral body and a base plate, in which one of the spirals is made of metal and the other is made of elastic and plastic material to provide a mutual axial and radial compensating effect. The use of elastic and plastic material for making one of the spirals allows the two spirals to contact each other surface to surface instead of linear contact, and provides a sealing effect due to deformation of the material caused by squeezing. These spirals can be formed by molding, eliminating the need of machining and surface hardening, and providing a hard oxidized layer on their surface. The use of hard material for a spiral and soft material for another spiral can lower the requirement for precision of geometric shape without loss in operating efficiency, and consequently lower their production cost.
