Abstract: A snap swivel includes a main body, a mounting plate having a first surface mounted on a first surface of the main body, a first decorative plate mounted on a second surface of the main body, and a second decorative plate mounted on a second surface of the mounting plate. Thus, the first decorative plate and the second decorative plate are exposed outward from the main body and the mounting plate respectively so that the snap swivel has an outstanding appearance, thereby enhancing the aesthetic quality of the snap swivel.
Abstract: The present invention is an oval track stepper, which has resolved the disadvantage of a typical oval track stepper by having rear ends of left and right stepping rods linked to left and right sides of a freewheel set and the enclosure, leading to excessive spacing against stepping comfort. The oval track stepper includes a main frame, a head frame, left and right stepping rods, left and right vertical swing rods, a freewheel set and damping device. The freewheel set and damping device are mounted externally at left and right stepping rods. An obstruction-free and closer space between left and right stepping rods delivers an optimum stepping distance for the users, thus improving comfort and practicability.
Abstract: A combination construction for a tip and point ferrule of a billiard cue. The tip is manufactured from an epoxy resin reinforced glass fiber material that is used in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards. The material is formed into a rivet (mushroom) shape to allow the outer most part of the shaft that is shaped into a small cylindrical shaped object to be inserted into the cavity of a bush shaped point ferrule in order to connect with the small cylindrical object beneath the tip, and to allow the compression packing located between the tip and point ferrule to absorb the counter force of striking a billiard ball such that the tip and point ferrule are not damaged during impact.

Abstract: A steering mechanism is mainly comprised of an upper and a lower axle seat, in which the upper axle seat and the lower axle seat are provided for receiving an upper axle and a lower axle respectively. The upper and the lower seats are combined together by pivotally jointing each other with a respective inverted U-shaped and a U-shaped pivot-joint ends, where a universal joint having two ends thereof coupled with the upper and the lower axles is arranged in a space enclosed by the pivot-joint ends, so that a diversion may be made by taking the upper axle as a rotation center irrespective of the forward rake or backward rake of the upper axle seat.

Abstract: The present invention provides a module connector including a housing having four sidewalls that define a chamber for receiving a module therein. Each sidewall defines a plurality of contact recesses. A plurality of contacts is accommodated in the contact recesses and electrically contacts with the module. Pull-out prevention slices are positioned on periphery of the housing. Each pull-out prevention slice has a pressing portion which extends into the chamber and presses on the top of the module downwardly, and an actuating portion which extends upwardly from the pressing portion and is adapted for being manually pulled outward. When the module is needed to be pulled out from the module connector, by pulling the actuating portion outward, the pressing portion is driven to move outward and upwardly with the result that the pressing portion departs from the module to make way to the module for the module being pulled out. Therefore, no special tool is needed, in turn, the module is avoided being scraped.

Abstract: A backrest adjustment device includes a bottom board, a support board movable relative to the bottom board, and two opposite linkages pivotally mounted between the support board and the bottom board to drive the support board to move relative to the bottom board to change the distance between the support board and the bottom board. Abstract: A foamed compound for medical articles has ingredients including ethylene vinyl acetate, filler, co-agent, crosslinking agent, blowing agent, and pigment. Wherein ethylene vinyl acetate, the filler, the co-agent, the crosslinking agent, the blowing agent, and the pigment are mixed together in a proper proportion and then foamed. By using foregoing ingredients to manufacture the high density foamed compound, the foamed compound causes no allergic response on the skin and can be applicable to medical articles. Moreover, the foamed compound is non-toxic and can be recycled without causing any pollution.
Abstract: An image sensor with a protective package structure for the sensing area is provided. The image sensor includes a transparent substrate and a semiconductor image-sensing chip. A conductive interconnection circuit is formed on at least the lower surface of the transparent substrate. The semiconductor image-sensing chip is electrically connected with the electric interconnection circuit of the substrate. A perimeter of the chip is underfilled with gum material. A dike is formed around the image-sensing area of the semiconductor image-sensing chip. The electric contact of the semiconductor image-sensing chip is positioned on outer side of the dike.
Abstract: A lateral current blocking light-emitting diode and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The light-emitting diode comprises an insulating substrate, a semiconductor epitaxial structure and electrodes of different conductivity types. The semiconductor epitaxial structure has at least one trench and comprises a first conductivity type semiconductor layer deposed on a portion of the insulating substrate, in which a bottom of the trench is beneath the first conductivity type semiconductor layer, an active layer located on a portion of the first conductivity type semiconductor layer, and a second conductivity type semiconductor layer deposed on the active layer.

Abstract: A garden nozzle includes a core piece received in the barrel of the nozzle and the core piece includes an outlet allowing water to come out therefrom. The core piece is in communication with the path defined in the handle and water is provided via the path. A movable member is movably mounted to the core piece and is driven by an operation member connected to the barrel and can be operated by one finger of the user's hand grasping the handle. The position of the movable member changes the relative positions of the outlet and the opening located at a center of the cone-shaped inner periphery of the movable member, so as to obtain different pattern of watering.
