    Abstract: A method, a device, and a system for backup are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a backup packet; analyzing the backup packet to obtain a serial number of an active data packet, where the serial number is carried in the backup packet; calculating a sum of the serial number of the active data packet and a specific increment value to obtain a serial number of a standby data packet; and backing up the serial number of the standby data packet. Therefore, after the service is switched over from the active device to the standby device, the active device still regards the data packet sent by the former standby device as a new data packet and receives the data packet, which prevents service interruption caused by the switchover and improves continuity of service processing in the process of two-node cluster hot backup.

The fastening strips are integrally molded to the tongue board assembly with contact portions thereof projecting under a bottom of the tongue board assembly. Each of the second conductive terminals has a touching portion and a soldering slice. Each of the soldering slices is soldered to a top surface of a portion of one of the first conductive terminals facing to a bottom surface of the soldering slice. The second conductive terminals are integrally molded to the tongue board assembly with the touching portions thereof projecting beyond a top of the tongue board assembly.

    Abstract: Zhankuic acid A (ZAA) is the major pharmacologically active compound of Taiwanofungus camphoratus. We analyzed the structure of human TLR4/MD-2 complex with ZAA by X-score and HotLig modeling approaches. Two antibodies against MD-2 were used to verify the MD-2/ZAA interaction. The inflammation and survival of the mice pretreated with ZAA and injected with LPS were monitored. The modeling structure shows that ZAA binds the MD-2 hydrophobic pocket exclusively via specific molecular recognition; the contact interface is dominated by hydrophobic interactions. Binding of ZAA to MD-2 reduced antibody recognition to native MD-2, similar to the effect of LPS binding. Furthermore, ZAA significantly ameliorated LPS-induced endotoxemia and Salmonella-induced diarrhea in mice. Our results indicate that ZAA, which can compete with LPS for binding to MD-2 as a TLR4/MD-2 antagonist, is a potential therapeutic agent for Gram-negative bacterial infections.

In general, conventional encryption modes like (CTR, CBC, and CFB etc.) cannot provide integrity support and in order to ensure both the privacy and integrity, they require two passes and additional support like MAC, CRC etc. However, this new authenticated encryption technique can ensure both the privacy and integrity in single pass without any MAC or CRC support. Most importantly, this new technique can easy be incorporated with the existing encryption modes. As a consequence of the integration, the existing encryption modes can resolve several security issues related to integrity, without impairing their existing security properties.
