    Abstract: A symmetrical MEMS accelerometer. The accelerometer includes a top half and a bottom half bonded together to form the frame and the mass located within the frame. The frame and the mass are connected through resilient beams. A plurality of hollowed parts and the first connecting parts are formed on the top and bottom side of the mass, respectively. The second connecting parts are formed on the top and bottom side of the frame, respectively. The resilient beams connect the first connecting part with the second connecting part. Several groups of comb structures are formed on top of the hollowed parts. Each comb structure includes a plurality of moveable teeth and fixed teeth. The moveable teeth extend from the first connecting part and the fixed teeth extend from the second connecting part. Capacitance is formed between the movable teeth and the fixed teeth. Since the accelerometer is symmetrical with a large mass, it has a large capacitance with a low damping force.

The shortest ultraviolet cutoff edge is smaller than 190 nm, the frequency doubling effect of the crystal is 4.6 KDP, and the crystal is grown by a high-temperature solution spontaneous crystallization method and a flux method.

    Abstract: An ultrasound probe calibration system and method. The system comprises an ultrasound probe calibration phantom (100), and the ultrasound probe calibration phantom (100) is provided with a sunken recess (110) at a middle position of an upper surface thereof and with several conical holes on a side surface thereof. The sunken recess (110) is fixedly connected with a two dimensional ultrasound probe (220) therein. The conical hole is inserted with an NDI insertion stylus (230), and a tip of the NDI insertion stylus (230) can be acquired in ultrasound imaging. An ultrasound probe calibration system employing the above structure enables a midplane of an ultrasound plane to pass a midplane of an ultrasound probe calibration phantom (100) along a middle gap, such that a tip of an NDI insertion stylus (230) is used for the midplane of the ultrasound plane, thereby addressing the problem of misalignment of a point-type phantom or a two-dimensional plane-type phantom to the ultrasound plane.

The template agent SDA is in micropores of the molecular sieve. There is a slight Si enrichment phenomenon on the crystal surface of the molecular sieve crystal, and the ratio of the surface Si content to the bulk Si content of the crystal ranges from 1.50-1.01. Said SAPO-34 molecular sieve, after being calcined at a temperature range from 400-700° C. in air, can be used as a gas adsorbent and catalyst for an acid-catalyzed reaction or oxygenate to olefin reaction.

    Abstract: The invention provides a sulfur doping method for graphene, which comprises the steps of: 1) providing graphene and placing the grapheme in a chemical vapor deposition reaction chamber; 2) employing an inert gas to perform ventilation and exhaust treatment in the reaction chamber; 3) introducing a sulfur source gas to perform sulfur doping on the graphene at 500-1050° C.; and 4) cooling the reaction chamber in a hydrogen and inert gas atmosphere. The present invention can perform sulfur doping on the graphene simply and efficiently, the economic cost is low, and large-scale production can be realized. Large area sulfur doping on graphene can be realized, and doping of graphene on an insulating substrate or metal substrate can be carried out directly.
