Accordingly, it is possible to provide a positioning tag that is highly secure, arrangement-unique, and easy to obtain and analyze.

    Abstract: A backlight module and a head-up display (HUD) are provided. The backlight module includes a bottom plate and light-emitting sources arranged in an array on a surface of the bottom plate facing a transparent device to provide a light beam. A distance between the bottom plate and the transparent device in a direction of an optical axis is determined according to a total illuminance distribution of the light beam projected on the transparent device and locations where the light-emitting sources are arranged on the surface. The HUD includes a projection unit having a display panel and the above-mentioned backlight module and an optical sheet for reflecting the image beam to a user's eyes. The light beam penetrates the display panel to form the image beam. The transparent device of the backlight module is a display panel or a diffusion sheet located between the display panel and the light-emitting sources.

    Abstract: A transfer device for transferring a plurality of micro LED dies is provided. The transfer device includes a carrier plate, a plurality of deformable components, and a plurality of transfer heads. The plurality of deformable components are disposed on the carrier plate. The plurality of transfer heads are respectively disposed on the plurality of deformable components. Each of the transfer heads includes a plurality of micro protrusions arranged in an array on a side away from the corresponding one deformable component. Deformation of the deformable components leads to deformation of the transfer heads, such that a number of the micro protrusions in contact with the micro LED dies is decreased. Accordingly, the transfer device can easily release the micro LED dies.
