The method for fabricating the planarization layer of the disclosure may save exposure to enhance productivity.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a pixel structure is provided. A patterned semiconductor material layer, an insulation material layer, and a gate electrode material layer are formed in sequence on a substrate to form a stacked structure. A patterned photoresist layer is formed on the stacked structure by using a photomask. A portion of the stacked structure is removed to pattern the patterned semiconductor material layer into a patterned semiconductor layer by using the patterned photoresist layer as a mask. Another portion of the stacked structure is etched by using a portion of the patterned photoresist layer as a mask until a portion of the semiconductor layer in the stacked structure is exposed. Then, an exposed portion of the semiconductor layer is modified to increase a conductivity of the exposed portion of the semiconductor layer. Finally, the patterned photoresist layer is removed. A pixel structure manufactured by the method is provided.

    Abstract: The invention provides a forming method of a via hole, including: sequentially stacking a patterned first conductive layer, a first insulating layer, a patterned second conductive layer, and a second insulating layer on a substrate. The second conductive layer and the first conductive layer overlap in a normal direction of the substrate, such that the second insulating layer has a protrusion portion protruding away from the substrate. A photosensitive material layer covers the second insulating layer. The photosensitive material layer is exposed, wherein a depth of exposure is equal to a vertical distance from a top surface of the protrusion portion to a surface of the photosensitive material layer. The exposed photosensitive material layer is removed by development to form a first via hole exposing the second insulating layer. The exposed second insulating layer is etched to form a second via hole to expose the second conductive layer, and then the photosensitive material layer is removed.

    Abstract: A removing method of a flexible device is provided. The flexible device is formed on a carrier. The removing method of the flexible device includes providing a roller, a non-visible light source, and a photosensitive tape. The non-visible light source is disposed at an axle center of the roller, and the photosensitive tape is fixed on an outer surface of the roller. The removing method of the flexible device further includes enabling the photosensitive tape on the roller to lean against the flexible device and enabling the roller to rotate so as to peel the flexible device off the carrier; and irradiating the photosensitive tape by the non-visible light source and removing the flexible device from the photosensitive tape. As such, technique costs are saved and damages on the flexible device are lowered.

The in cell touch display device includes a timing controller and a common voltage generator. The timing controller generates a control signal, divides a time section into a display scanning time section and a touch scanning time section according to the control signal, and divides the touch scanning time section into a touch start time section, a touch execution time section, and a touch end time section sequentially. The common voltage generator raises a common voltage to a first voltage in the touch start time section, provides a periodical pulse signal in the touch execution time section to generate the common voltage, and lowers the common voltage to a second voltage in the touch end time section, so as to improve the efficiency of touch scanning without affecting the efficiency of display scanning.
