    Abstract: A method of implanting a penile prosthetic in a patient includes opening a proximal space inside of a crus penis and a distal space inside of an external portion of a penis of the patient. An implantable penile prosthetic is provided having a cylinder and a base, with the base adapted to be coupled to a reservoir and a pump and including an inflatable bladder. Inflation of the inflatable bladder of the base with liquid from the reservoir expands an outer diameter of the base to stabilize the implantable penile prosthetic within the penis of the patient.
