Abstract: Moisture-curable adhesive compositions, their preparation and use are disclosed herein. The moisture-curable adhesive compositions include one or more reactive polymers, such as reactive silicone polymers, one or more adhesive components, such as a silicone pressure sensitive polymer(s) (PSAs), a cross-linker and a catalyst. Typically, the reactive silicone polymer or polymers are hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxanes (PDMS) having at least two hydroxyl functionalities associated with the polymer(s).
Abstract: A method of surgically providing a person with a neopenis is described and includes forming a neophallus from an inverted vagina of the person.
Abstract: A penile prosthesis demonstration tool includes a male genital tool connected to an exterior of the housing. The housing has a first lateral side and an opposing second lateral side, with the first lateral side and the second lateral side each formed to have a concave curvature. The male genital tool has a penis tool attached to a scrotum tool. An inflatable penile implant placed inside of the penis tool; a pump placed inside of the scrotum tool and coupled to the inflatable penile implant; a reservoir placed inside of the housing and coupled to the pump; and a lubricant placed inside of the scrotum tool. An entirety of the lubricant outside of the pump.

Abstract: Coatings for medical devices, e.g. urinary catheters, are provided, which comprise photoinitiator monomers with acrylamide photoinitiator functionality.
Abstract: A penile prosthesis includes an inflatable bladder and a sleeve. The inflatable bladder is adapted to provide a penis with an erection when the inflatable bladder is filled with a liquid. The sleeve is disposed over the inflatable bladder to increase a column strength of the inflatable bladder, which allows insertion of the inflatable bladder into a corpora cavernosum of the penis without a tow suture. The sleeve is aqueously dissolvable after implantation.
Abstract: A surgical implant is provided for implantation into a body of a patient to treat a vaginal prolapse in the patient. The surgical implant is made of non-absorbable material and includes a knitted mesh having a mass density of less than 25 g/m2. The knitted mesh includes polypropylene strands having a diameter of less than about 600 ?m, major spaces located between adjacent ones of the strands, the major spaces having a width of from about 1 mm to 10 mm, and pores located within the strands, the pores having a diameter of from about 50 ?m to 200 ?m. The knitted mesh is secured in place to treat the prolapse.
Abstract: A method of implanting a penile prosthetic in treating erectile dysfunction is described. The method includes providing a pump having a pump bulb including a mid-section having a first face that is planar in longitudinal cross-section and a second face that is concave and arced in longitudinal cross-section. The method includes implanting an inflatable member into a penis; implanting a reservoir into an abdomen; intraoperatively coupling the pump between the inflatable member and the reservoir; and implanting the pump in a scrotum.
Abstract: A method for providing support to a urethra in treating urinary incontinence includes passing first and second elongate members coupled to a urethral support through an incision in the vaginal wall, around sides of the urethra and behind a pubic bone. The method includes locating the urethral support under the urethra applying tension to one of the elongate members with a rotary force tensioner and adjusting tension of the urethral support.
Abstract: A method of implanting a penile prosthesis includes providing a tool including a needle having a locking groove formed in a shaft of the needle, where the locking groove has a ridge or a notch. The method includes accessing a penile implant having a length of suture coupled to a distal end of the penile implant, securing the length of suture into the locking groove of the needle; inserting the tool and the needle into a corpora cavernosum of a penis; passing the needle and the length of suture through a glans of the penis; disengaging the length of suture from the locking groove of the needle; and pulling the penile implant into the corpora cavernosum of the penis with the length of suture.
