For each cell scheduling of the respective UEs is performed for that cell with an objective of ensuring that a respective demand for the one or more resources in connection with serving that cell does not exceed the capacity associated with the respective allocation of the one or more resources for that cell and baseband processing necessary to provide respective wireless service via that cell is performed in accordance with the scheduling for that cell.
