  • Patent number: 10524808
Abstract: Devices and techniques for adjusting an alignment for a first metatarsal may include making a plurality of cuts along the length of the first metatarsal. In different applications of the technique, a plurality of transverse cuts may or may not be made intersecting the longitudinal cuts. In either case, the cuts can separate the first metatarsal into two individual portions and release a removable wedge of bone. The different portions of the metatarsal can be moved relative to each other to adjust an anatomical alignment of one portion relative to another portion, for example in multiple planes. After suitably adjusting the alignment of the different bone portions, the portions can be fixed together.

  • Patent number: 10512470
Abstract: An osteotomy procedure may be performed to correct a misalignment of a bone, such as a bunion deformity. In some examples, the osteotomy procedure involves making a first crescentic-shaped cut transecting a first metatarsal, thereby forming a concave-shaped end and a convex-shaped end on opposed bone portions. The method further involves making a second crescentic-shaped cut across the concave-shaped end of one bone portion and thereafter moving the bone portions relative to each other in multiple planes to correct an anatomical misalignment.

  • Patent number: 10467317
Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for electronically providing each of a plurality of content distributors with access to a library of content items, facilitating the selection of a combination of the content items, creating a unique set of links for each recipient-distributor combination, and distributing the selected content and unique links via one or more distribution channels to a plurality of recipients. As each link is associated with both a recipient and a distributor, conversion actions stemming from the selection of a link by a recipient are attributed to the proper distributor. Distributors can create content distribution approaches that can be shared with other distributors.

  • Patent number: 10442631
Abstract: A directional discharge wing pulley having a plurality of wings that discharge material in a single direction while properly tracking the conveyor belt. The directional discharge wing pulley may include a plurality of directional discharge wings, which are generally angled in a single or primarily in single direction across the entire face of the pulley. When pulley is operated a reverse rotation direction, the conveyor belt continues to properly track and the material is discharged in the opposite direction. The wings may have bends to create flat sections, or formed in a multiple arc pattern to create smoother changes in geometry or increased wing angle near the ends of the pulley, while generally maintaining a single direction wing through the entire pulley. Strengthening rib bends may be added near the end of a straight wing to add rigidity reducing the likelihood of wing fold over. The wings may include secondary wings, for example, in a Herringbone pattern.
