  • Patent number: 9358922
Abstract: An illumination system for an interior of a motor vehicle includes a sensor, with which an environmental lighting situation is able to be detected, as well as an illumination device for illuminating the motor vehicle interior. The illumination system has a controller that is subordinate to the sensor and is superordinate the illumination device. The controller adjusts an interior lighting situation depending on the environmental lighting situation that is influenced by actual objects located in the environment of the motor vehicle, by lights of the illumination device.

  • Patent number: 9352725
Abstract: A connecting arrangement for connecting a wiper blade to a wiper arm for a windscreen wiper system of a vehicle. An adaptor for holding the wiper blade is fitted onto the wiper arm in an installation direction running transversely with respect to a wiping surface definable by the wiping movement of the wiper blade. The connecting arrangement includes a securing element designed as a sliding latch arranged on the wiper arm. The sliding latch, which has a U-profile in cross section, serves for the positionally secured holding of the adaptor on the wiper arm, and the sliding latch is displaceable along the wiper arm from an installation position into a functional position securing the adaptor. The sliding latch has a back and two limbs, and at least one projection engaging around the wiper arm on the lower side is arranged on the limbs of the sliding latch.

  • Patent number: 9353664
Abstract: In a system with an SCR catalytic converter, a correction by a changeable long term adaption factor to a target dosing rate is provided for the model dosing rate and a correction by a changeable short term adaption factor to an assumed actual filling state for the ammonia filling level value. A dosing unit controllable by a control unit adds an ammonia-containing reducing agent to the exhaust gas and an exhaust gas enriched with ammonia according to the dosing is fed to the SCR catalytic converter. An ammonia filling level value for a filling level of ammonia stored in the SCR catalytic converter and a model dosing rate for dosing the reducing agent into the exhaust gas are calculated by a computer model.

  • Publication number: 20160145707
Abstract: A method and a system for producing a press-hardened sheet steel component is disclosed. The method includes: a) heating of a component blank formed from a hot-formable steel material at least to the austenitising temperature of the steel material by a heating device; b) hot forming of the component blank by a forming tool; c) cooling of the component blank in the forming tool to a temperature above the material-specific martensite finish temperature; d) bringing of the component blank from the forming tool to a warming device; and e) annealing of the component Hank, stabilizing the austenite in the component blank by the warming device. The component blank is brought directly from the forming tool to the waning device, preventing a cooling of the component Hank to less than the material-specific martensite finish temperature.

  • Publication number: 20160146309
Abstract: A multi-stage transmission for a motor vehicle is disclosed. The transmission has a transmission input shaft, at least four planetary gear stages which are disposed one behind the other along a main axis of rotation, and at least one combined gear shift unit which is configured as a brake and has a rotatable coupling element as well as a friction-locking unit and a form-locking unit connected in parallel with the friction-locking unit, which are in each case provided in order to connect the rotatable coupling element fixedly to the housing. One of the planetary gear stages is associated with the combined gear shift unit and includes a transmission element which is permanently connected non-rotatably to the rotatable coupling element. The planetary gear stage associated with the combined gear shift unit includes a further transmission element which is permanently connected non-rotatably to the transmission input shaft.
