    Abstract: Provided in the present application are an MBS processing method, an MBS receiving apparatus and an MBS sending apparatus. The MBS processing method comprises: a base station generating suspension information and sending the suspension information to a UE, and the suspension information is configured to instruct the UE to suspend all radio bearers associated with an MBS, or is configured to instruct the UE not to suspend all the radio bears associated with the MBS, or is configured to instruct the UE to suspend some of the radio bearers associated with the MBS and not to suspend the remaining radio bearers among all the radio bearers; and each radio bearer associated with the MBS is an MRB. The MBS processing method includes generating a RRCRelease message and sending the RRCRelease message to a UE, and the RRCRelease message includes SuspendConfig information.

When the switching device is turned on, a voltage of the electrochemical cell pack needs to meet a specified condition, and the first control circuit turns on a line between the electrochemical cell pack and the auxiliary source circuit, to enable the battery pack to supply power to the auxiliary source circuit.

When a phase current of a motor is greater than or equal to a preset current value, a controller determines a rotation speed of the electronic pump at a first moment as a first rotation speed, and determines a coolant flow rate at the first moment based on a temperature at a first position in the first cooling loop, a temperature at a second position in the inverter, and a power loss of the inverter. In the solution of this application, data does not need to be separately calibrated for different thermal management systems. This reduces time consumed by data calibration and improves practicability.

The stereoscopic camera is also configured to provide a fluorescence mode for a second specified number of frames over the cycle by causing fluorescence emission light from the surgical site to be provided to the left and right image sensors by activating a near-ultraviolet light source. The stereoscopic camera switches between the visible light mode and the fluorescence mode based on the first and second specified number of frames. A processor superimposes image data corresponding to the fluorescence mode on subsequently received image data corresponding to the visible light mode.

When initiating the read/write operations, power consumption and the data rate of the data storage device are generally high. Over time, the data rate corresponding to the workload decreases. Thus, the power consumption may be decreased to correspond with the decreased data rate. In order to maintain a high efficiency while decreasing an amount of power utilized, the controller may duty cycle the data storage device to operate between performance states to maintain a high data rate while decreasing power consumption.

    Abstract: Instead of allowing an electrostatic discharge (ESD) event to cause a lost clock signal sync due effects of the ESD event causing an SSD to enter low power mode, utilizing ESD detection can be used to stop the reference clock signal to avoid involuntary low power mode. When an ESD event occurs, an ESD antenna sensor will selectivity disable sensitive signals and the reference clock signal. Once the ESD detector recognizes an ESD event has occurred, the device is able to enter freeze mode. While the reference clock signal is in freeze mode, the input signals are bypassed to avoid lost clock signal sync. Once the ESD event is done, the controller notifies the host to restart the reference clock signal and resume clock signal sync.

    Abstract: More efficient memory device usage is possible by altering the memory device management. For example, when the full storage capacity of the memory device will not be used, certain portions of the memory device can be shut off and then turned on when the storage capacity is needed. When less capacity is needed, data can be consolidated and certain portions of the memory device can be shut off. Additionally, rather than operating in multilevel cell (MLC) memory, the memory device can start in single level cell (SLC) memory and transition to MLC memory over time. If there is a determination that less memory is needed, the memory device can transition from MLC memory to SLC memory. In so doing, the storage capacity of the memory device is more appropriately utilized.
