Abstract: A system comprising: one or more field generating coils configured to generate a magnetic field; a sensor comprising a shell that contains a ferrofluid, the sensor configured to be introduced in proximity to the magnetic field, wherein the ferrofluid causes distortion of the magnetic field when the ferrofluid is in proximity to the magnetic field; and one or more field measuring coils configured to: measure a characteristic of the magnetic field when the ferrofluid is in proximity to the magnetic field; and provide, to a computing device, a signal representative of the measured characteristic of the magnetic field, wherein the computing device is configured to determine one or both of a position and an orientation of the sensor based on the measured characteristic of the magnetic field.

The system is operable to monitor the electromagnetic environment, analyze the electromagnetic environment, and extract environmental awareness of the electromagnetic environment. The system extracts the environmental awareness of the electromagnetic environment by including customer goals. The system is operable to use the environmental awareness with the customer goals and/or user defined policies and rules to extract actionable information to help the customer optimize the network resources.
Abstract: A block of non-volatile memory cells is divided into a first sub-block and a second sub-block. Programming non-volatile memory cells of the second sub-block after programming non-volatile memory cells of the first sub-block comprises boosting unselected channels in the second sub-block to a boosted condition; prior to boosting unselected channels in the second sub-block to the boosted condition, boosting unselected channels in the first sub-block to the boosted condition to pre-charge the channels of the second sub-block; and applying a program voltage to a selected word line of the second sub-block while channels in the first sub-block are in the boosted condition and channels in the first sub-block are in the boosted condition.

Abstract: A memory device includes a plurality of memory cells arranged in a plurality of planes and control circuitry configured to perform a multi-plane programming operation in which memory cells in each of the plurality of planes are programmed in a single programming operation. Abstract: A memory apparatus includes memory cells connected to word lines and configured to store a threshold voltage corresponding to data states. The memory cells are disposed in memory holes coupled to bit lines. A control means applies program pulses to selected ones of the word lines. The control means determines when the threshold voltage of each of the memory cells exceeds a lower verify level of one of the data states targeted and maintains a respective count of a number of the program pulses subsequently applied thereto before reaching a lockout state. Each of the program pulses is divided into phases. The control means sets a voltage of one of the bit lines coupled to each of the memory cells at a stepped up level as a function of the respective count and according to each of the phases in which the voltage is set to the stepped up level.
Abstract: In a non-volatile memory device, the amount of delay along an I/O path for transferring received data to a sense amplifier and the amount of delay along a clock path to the sense amplifier can differ. To compensate for this differential delay, a replica of each of the I/O path and the clock path can be included on the memory device. The replica circuits can be used to determine this differential delay between the two paths. To compensate for this difference, an additional delay can be introduced into one or both of the paths, such as in the I/O path, so that any difference in propagations times can be reduced.

Abstract: A power generation system, a power converter, and a switch assembly. Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to improving threshold voltage budget by employing an oxide-nitride pitch dependent threshold voltage window. For example, a word line zone of a plurality of word line zones corresponding to a selected word line is identified. The plurality of word line zones may be defined based on oxide-nitride (ON) pitch values of a set of word lines. Each word line zone of the plurality of word line zones may be associated with a setting for optimizing a threshold voltage window. Each setting associated with the plurality of word line zones may be determined based on an ON pitch value corresponding to a word line zone. Additionally, a program operation may be performed on the selected word line based on a setting for optimizing a threshold voltage window of the selected word line.
Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for automatic signal detection in an RF environment are disclosed. A sensor device in a nodal network comprises at least one RF receiver, a generator engine, and an analyzer engine. The at least one RF receiver measures power levels in the RF environment and generates FFT data based on power level data. The generator engine calculates a power distribution by frequency of the RF environment in real time or near real time, including a first derivative and a second derivative of the FFT data. The analyzer engine creates a baseline based on statistical calculations of the power levels measured in the RF environment for a predetermined period of time, and identifies at least one signal based on the first derivative and the second derivative of the FFT data in at least one conflict situation from comparing live power distribution to the baseline of the RF environment.
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus for automatic signal detection in a radio-frequency (RF) environment are disclosed. At least one node device is in a fixed nodal network. The at least one node device is operable to measure and learn the RF environment in a predetermined period based on statistical learning techniques, thereby creating learning data. The at least one node device is operable to create a spectrum map based on the learning data. The at least one node device is operable to calculate a power distribution by frequency of the RF environment in real time or near real time, including a first derivative and a second derivative of fast Fourier transform (FFT) data of the RF environment. An apparatus comprises at least one receiver and at least one processor coupled with at least one memory. The apparatus is at the edge of a communication network. The apparatus forms a knowledge map based on the learning data, scrubs a real-time spectral sweep against the knowledge map, and creates impressions on the RF environment based on a machine learning algorithm. Abstract: Compensating a speech signal for the presence of a speaker mask includes receiving a speech signal, dividing the speech signal into subframes, generating speech parameters for a subframe, and determining whether the subframe is suitable for use in detecting a mask. If the subframe is suitable for use in detecting a mask, the speech parameters for the subframe are used in determining whether a mask is present. If a mask is present, the speech parameters for the subframe are modified to produce modified speech parameters that compensate for the presence of the mask.

Abstract: An islanding detection method includes: an alternating current frequency of an inverter is monitored. The alternating current frequency fluctuates within a preset range when in a normal mode. When an instantaneous shifting value of the alternating current frequency exceeds the preset range, a frequency detected before instantaneous shifting is a first frequency. When a frequency in first frequency data within a first preset time period is greater than or less than only the first frequency, an alternating current frequency detected when the first preset time period ends is a second frequency. Output power of the inverter is continuously adjusted based on a change in the current alternating current frequency. When a frequency in second frequency data within a second preset time period is greater than or less than only the second frequency, it may be indicated in time that islanding occurs in the inverter, and an islanding status is reported.
