Abstract: A method is provided for checking the plausibility of insulation monitoring of a high-voltage system (100) of an electric vehicle during the charging of a traction battery of the electric vehicle. The electrical insulation of the high-voltage system (100) is monitored by an insulation monitoring device (101), and a check is carried out cyclically to determine whether a further insulation monitoring device is active on a high-voltage bus of the high-voltage system (100).
Abstract: A method for aligning a workpiece in a working space of a machine tool having a numerical control system uses a probe. 3D models of the working space, probe, and workpiece are virtually displayed. The workpiece is positioned in the working space and the virtual workpiece is positioned in the virtual working space so that there is an initial coincidence between positions thereof. The probe is manually positioned relative to the workpiece, wherein a planned probing point and probing direction are selected based on a minimum distance of the virtual probe from the virtual workpiece, and are displayed. Enabling of the probing is based on quality of the planned probing point, and, when enabled, a probing operation is triggered, and coordinates of a probing point are determined. The position of the workpiece is recalculated using these coordinates, and the position of the virtual workpiece is updated.

The hydraulic pumps and the electric motors of both damping systems are combined to form a motor-pump unit. The motor-pump unit is fastened on both sides thereof to an axle carrier of the axle via two bearings.

Abstract: A device for determining a dimension of a tool having a cutting edge includes a first light source configured to emit light parallel to a first axis, an image sensor which is associatable with a second axis extending orthogonally to the image sensor and an analyzing unit. The first axis and the second axis are inclined relative to each other. The device is configured such that the light emitted from the first light source is reflectable by the cutting edge of the tool in such a way that light spots arranged in a line on the image sensor are generatable by the reflected light. The analyzing unit is configured to determine positions of the light spots. The dimension of the tool is determinable based on the positions of the light spots.

Abstract: An electric motor vehicle traction motor has a motor housing, a liquid-cooled motor stator and a dry running internal motor rotor which is separated fluidically from the motor stator. The motor stator is formed by a stator body with radial stator slots and a plurality of stator coils. The axial phase windings are arranged in the stator slots, and the winding heads of protrude axially out of the stator slots. A slot potted body is made from a potting material and by way of which the stator coil axial phase windings are potted into the stator slots in a fluid-tight manner. The stator coil winding heads are of potting-free configuration and protrude in each case directly into a fluid-tight cooling space. As a result of the omission of a separate split cage, a small air gap is realized and manufacturing costs are reduced.
