Abstract: An apparatus for mixing a plurality of input data streams is described, which has a processing unit adapted to compare the frames of the plurality of input data streams, and determine, based on the comparison, for a spectral component of an output frame of an output data stream, exactly one input data stream of the plurality of input data streams. The output data stream is generated by copying at least a part of an information of a corresponding spectral component of the frame of the determined data stream. Further or alternatively, the control values of the frames of the first and second input data streams are compared, and, if so, the control value is adopted.

Abstract: A self-contained, hand-held spray dispensing device includes an internal source of pressurized fluid that exerts a motive force on a pair of liquid ejecting elements to cause each to eject a liquid into a discharge line. The liquids remain separated until each exits its discharge port. A pressurized fluid is directed over the outlet ends of the discharge line beginning before a flow interrupter in the discharge line is opened to permit flow therethrough and ceasing after liquid flow is terminated. The pressurized fluid flow over the outlet of the discharge line aerosolizes liquids emanating from the outlet ends. The liquid ejecting element is connected to a force transmitting yoke. The yoke responds to pressurized fluid from the source to generate the motive force on the ejecting element.

Abstract: A process is provided for improving the MIT flex life of tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro(alkyl vinyl ether) copolymer, said perfluoroalkyl containing from 1 to 5 carbon atoms, comprising incorporating melt flowable polytetrafluoroethylene into said copolymer and thereafter heat treating the resultant composition at a temperature of at least 280° C., the amount of said polytetrafluoroethylene and said heat treatment being effective to increase the flex life of said composition by at least 2× the flex life of both said copolymer and said composition prior to said heat treatment and to thermally transform the composition in the solid state, which is epitaxial co-crystallization of the polymer components of the composition.

Abstract: The invention relates to a transducer having natural unidirectionality for surface acoustic waves, wherein an interdigital electrode structure is arranged on a piezoelectric crystal substrate and is constructed with interdigital transducers comprising collecting electrodes and fingers, wherein at least two of the fingers form a transducer cell, which comprises at least one excitation center for exciting an electrical potential wave and at least one reflection center for reflecting electrical potential waves. The invention is based on the problem of finding materials, material sections, and propagation directions for transducers having natural unidirectionality that result in a low insertion loss even in broadband transducers, and for which the frequency position is not affected or is affected only slightly by errors in the orientation of the electrode structure on the substrate despite the unidirectional characteristics of the transducers.
