The joystick basically consists of a body (1), which has a lower end adapted to couple an air discharge pipe (9) of the motorized backpack sprayer, a spike of fluid inlet (3) to couple a hose connected to the reservoir of chemicals, and a spike of fluid outlet (2) with the purpose of coupling a hose connected to the atomizer nozzle.
Abstract: An auto stereoscopic image display device, comprising a screen with a plurality of subpixels, a first parallax barrier and a second parallax barrier which differs from the first parallax barrier by a different slot spacing. The display device is switchable between a first mode being a multi-views 3D mode (multi-users 3D mode) in which the first parallax barrier is activated while the second parallax barrier is deactivated and a second mode being a two-views 3D mode (single-user 3D mode) in which the first parallax barrier is deactivated while the second parallax barrier is activated.

Abstract: Silica nanoparticles that have been subjected to surface treatment with novel silane compositions exhibit improved dispersion in polyester nanocomposites. The novel silane compositions are prepared by reacting a 3-isocyanatopropyl trialkoxysilane with an alcohol or diol having a divalent alkylene or alkylene-ether group, where the alcohol or diol has a formula weight less than about 5000. The surface treatment of the nanoparticles leads to improvements in mechanical properties and haze reduction in polyester nanocomposites containing them.

Abstract: Porous adaptive membrane structures having movable membranes are provided. The structures can be made to change their gas, liquid and/or particulate permeability in response to surrounding environmental conditions. Applications include protective apparel that is comfortable to wear wherein the level of protection provided is based on conditions in the environment. Hence, the protective apparel is highly breathable and comfortable in a non-hazardous environment but impermeable or only semipermeable in a hazardous environment.
Abstract: The present invention relates to composite structures and overmolded structures comprising a fibrous material, a matrix resin composition and a portion of its surface made of a surface resin composition, wherein the surface resin composition is chosen from compositions comprising one or more polyamides and one or more functionalized polyolefins.
Abstract: The invention relates to a container (1) for intermodal transport by air and ship, train and/or motor car, comprising a block-shaped housing (2), which is characterised in that there are provided at the corners of the housing (2) castings (6) which are used for positioning when stacking the container (1) and/or for securing the container (1) during transport, and a plurality of containers (1) can be combined to form transport units (25) the base area of which corresponds to that of a standardised sea cargo container.

Abstract: Polyester nanocomposite compositions contain silica nanoparticles that have been subjected to surface treatment with novel trialkoxysilane compositions. The novel silane compositions are prepared by reacting a 3-isocyanatopropyl trialkoxysilane with 1,3-propanediol or certain polyether diols. The silica nanoparticles exhibit improved dispersion in the polyester. This leads to haze reduction and improvements in mechanical properties.
