Abstract: A wheel provided with an electro motor in the wheel. A wheel strut is attached to a vehicle, and a wheel is attached to the wheel strut. The electro motor causes a wheel attachment component to rotate about its longitudinal axis. Data from the wheel is exchanged with other similar wheels.
Abstract: A process is disclosed for dispersion spinning non-melt-processible fluoropolymer fiber in which a mixture of an aqueous dispersion of non-melt-processible fluoropolymer particles and an aqueous solution of a matrix polymer is formed. The non-melt-processible fluoropolymer particles have an SSG of less than about 2.40 and comprise a core of high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene and a shell of lower molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene or modified polytetrafluoroethylene. The mixture is extruded into a coagulation bath containing a concentration of ions which coagulate the matrix polymer to form an intermediate fiber structure. The intermediate fiber structure is sintered to decompose the matrix polymer and coalesce the non-melt-processible fluoropolymer particles to form the fiber. The present invention also provides for spinning composition useful for the dispersion spinning of non-melt-processible fluoropolymer fiber.

Abstract: Floor panels are secured to a sub-floor by elongated elements, one of which is secured to the floor itself and has an inverted T-shape, the other of which elements defines downwardly open socket means for receiving an arrow shaped projection on the stem portion of that T-shaped support element. A precise fit is afforded between these elements 1 and 2 so that the floor panels are locked in place by engagement between the arrow shaped projection in the support element and the socket portion of the upper retaining element. An alternative version of the disclosure shows a more secure connection between these elements.

Abstract: Apparatus connect electrically conductive wire to a miniature, implantable sensor or stimulator device for detecting electrical signals or stimulating living tissue. The implantable device has an electrically conductive end on its case which is intimately connected to a doorknob electrode for communicating electrical signals between the living tissue and the device by a biocompatible wire. A spring clip removably attaches to the doorknob electrode so that the wire may be easily attached to the doorknob electrode during surgery. An insulating rubber boot, which may be silicone, surrounds the case end, doorknob electrode, and spring clip to isolate the living tissue from the conductive components. The components are biocompatible materials.
