    Abstract: A novel polyvalent attenuated live bacterial vaccine for preventing and curing vibriosis of cultivated fish is provided. The vaccine mainly comprises attenuated deletion strain of Vibrio anguillarum without marker gene, which has significant low toxicity, but remains immunogenicity against wild type strain of V. anguillarum, as compared with wild type strain MVM425. Moreover, the vaccine strain has excellent cross immunoprotection against Vibrio alginolyticus. The attenuated live vaccine made from the vaccine strain is effective to prevent and cure vibriosis of fish resulted from wild type strain of V. anguillarum and V. alginolyticus.

An eccentric grate (10) is set in the middle of a lower part of the fixed bed gasification chamber (18), and the grate is connected with an ash-pan (11), which is conjoined with a motor (36) via transmission mechanism. An inverse cone (22) is erected at an upper part of a cooling-washing chamber (14).

    Abstract: A close coupled three-way catalyst for purification of exhaust gas of motor vehicle and the preparation thereof. The support is selected from cordierite honeycomb ceramic materials having a pore volume of 0.25-0.35 ml/g. The coating layer is the mixture of hexaaluminate and perovskite-type composite oxide, cerium-zirconium solid solution, rare-earth oxide and alumina, alkali-earth oxide and zeolite having a high Si/Al ratio. The active components are palladium-rhodium, rare-earth oxide and transition metal in the hexaaluminate and perovskite-type composite oxide. The catalyst has not only the function of low-temperature catalytic oxidation of hydrocarbons, but also the function of reduction of nitrogen oxides, and can be used for purifying the exhaust gas of motor vehicles using gasoline, liquid gas, or CNG as fuel.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses nitromethylene derivatives and the uses thereof. These derivatives are obtained by adding ring structure onto the known nitromethylene compounds, by which both their stability for light and their liposolubility are increased. Furthermore, by using the substituents linked to ether bond, the steric orientation of the nitro group and the liposolubility of the compounds are controlled. The insecticidal activity tests show that the compounds and their derivatives of the invention display high efficiency on killing various destructive insects with piercing-sucking type or scratching type mouthparts, such as aphid, leafhopper, plant hopper, thrips and white fly.

    Abstract: The invention disclosed a novel mesoporous silica-based xerogel and its use in hemorrhage control. The mesoporous silica-based xerogel material has tunable mesopores (1-50 nm), high specific surface area (100-1400 m2/g), macroscopical morphology (powder, film, disc, column, etc.) and adjustable compositions (SiO2, CaO and P2O5, etc.) as well as good biodegradation. The mesoporous silica-based xerogels herein effectively promote the blood clotting under various conditions including slow and severe hemorrhage, even at the blood oozing site of bone defect. Meanwhile, the networks of silica-based xerogel with good elastic and mechanic properties, formed by adsorbing a large amount of water, can modulate the cell behavior and tissue growth, and thus promote the wound healing. Additionally, due to the mesoporous structure, the materials have the potential to load drug, thrombin and bioactive factors, which is favorable for the therapeutical efficacy.

The method comprises the following steps: (a) cooling the coke-cooling wastewater produced in a delayed coking process to 5-55° C. under 0.1-0.25 MPa absolute pressure, to obtain cooled coke-cooling wastewater; (b) subjecting the cooled coke-cooling wastewater to solid-liquid separation, to obtain a coke breeze phase and a liquid phase; (c) further separating the obtained liquid phase, to obtain an oil phase and a water phase; and (d) further discharging water from the obtained oil phase, to obtain the separated oil phase. The present invention also provides an equipment for carrying out the method.
