The second applicator head is non-functional, and extends from the closure in a direction that is opposite to the first applicator head. When the closure is engaged on the reservoir, the first applicator head is immersed in the reservoir, while the second applicator head remains visible. A transparent protective cap may be provided for the second applicator head.
