A third set of data packets contains unencrypted video data that is contextually contiguous to the first set of data packets and the second set of data packets. The first and third set of data packets represents all video content in the segment of digital video content as does the second and third set of data packets.

The text subtitle decoder presents the second region of dialog text by preserving the presentation of the first region of dialog text in the graphics plane if the continuous segment indicates that continuous presentation is required between the first and second regions of the dialog text.

A seek operation is performed if any of the alternate frequencies in the list of alternate frequencies is not included in each region table.

The staplers connect the connecting parts, respectively. The motor drives the connecting parts to move toward or away from the anvils through the transmitting structure and, therefore, a first distance or a second distance is between the staplers and the anvils. When the first distance is between the staplers and the anvils, the staplers staple the papers. When the second distance is between the staplers and the anvils, a paper feeding path is defined between the staplers and the anvils.

As described above, the terminal, which has received the random access response message including only a backoff indicator subheader in the MAC header of the MAC PDU, may consider a random access response reception procedure not successful and may perform a subsequent procedure for a random access responses reception failure.

The information acquired is then transferred to a computing device. The information is then used to generate a set of data which represents information which was not acquired in the image. The set of data is generated based on statistical prediction using a training data set. Using acquired image information and the set of data, an imaging device is able to be calibrated. Since the process of calibration utilizing this method only requires one image to be acquired and a reduced set of image information to be sent to the computing device, the process is more efficient than previous implementations.

If a HARQ scheme is used when a UE transmits data to the eNode-B using uplink radio resources allocated over the RACH, the eNode-B does not pre-allocate uplink radio resources required for re-transmission and performs allocation of radio resources for a first transmission of HARQ. If the re-transmission is required, the eNode-B allocates the radio resources required for the re-transmission with the NACK signal. If re-transmission is not required, the present invention can reduce an amount of wasted radio resources.

The motor driver drives the switched reluctance motor using one of the battery voltage and a DC voltage converted from the AC voltage, depending on whether the AC voltage is received. The PWM mode and the trigger mode are switched depending on whether the AC voltage is received. Accordingly, the cleaner makes it possible to reduce the time taken to clean up pollutant particles using the battery voltage to the time taken to clean up the pollutant particles using the AC voltage.
