Abstract: A fabric treating machine includes a spray nozzle for spraying water supplied from a water supply passage into an inner tub and a spray nozzle combining unit for combining the spray nozzle with a case. Fabric loaded in the inner tub can be effectively soaked through the spray nozzle. Furthermore, a spray direction of the spray nozzle can be accurately adjusted when the spray nozzle is fitted in the case, and thus the spray nozzle can be easily fitted in the case and water sprayed through the spray nozzle can be prevented from overflowing.

Abstract: A refrigerator is provided. The refrigerator includes a body defining a storage space; a door selectively shielding the storage space; a container connecting part disposed in the storage space or the door; a water supply container separably coupled to the container connecting part, the water supply container including an opening for injecting water; an ice making device for making ice using the water supplied from the water supply container; a water supply passage fluidly connecting the water supply container to the ice making device, the water supply passage extending in an inside direction of the water supply container; and a pump connected to the water supply passage to supply the water within the water supply container into the ice making device. According to the refrigerator, installation cost is reduced, and quality and reliability are improved.

Abstract: A method for network entry in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method includes receiving an Advanced Air Interface Ranging Response (AAI_RNG-RSP) message including an unsolicited bandwidth indicator from a Base Station (BS), the unsolicited bandwidth indicator indicating that the BS will allocate an uplink bandwidth to the MS, for transmission of a Medium Access Control (MAC) message, without solicitation from the MS, and monitoring an Advanced MAP Information Element (A-A-MAP IE) for a predefined time after the reception of the AAI_RNG-REQ message.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method of measuring audience ratings for at least more than one service and content in a terminal. The measurement method may include receiving a campaign invitation message for an audience measurement campaign from a server. The campaign invitation message may include at least more than one of information for the audience measurement campaign, information for the server, and information for an opt-in rate of the audience measurement campaign. The method may further include authenticating the information for the server in the campaign invitation message. The method may further include determining whether to participate using the information for the opt-in rate of the audience measurement campaign in the campaign invitation message. The method may further include transmitting a panel opt-in request message to the server according to the determination result. The method may further include receiving a panel opt-in response message from the server.

Abstract: A heat dissipation system includes at least one fan, at least two controllers, a signal generator, and a signal converter. The controllers are electrically connected to the fan and generate an enable signal according to a feedback signal of the fan. The signal generator is electrically connected to the controllers and generates a control signal according to the enable signal. The signal converter is electrically connected to the signal generator and the fan, converts the control signal to a drive signal to the fan, thereby controlling rotation speed of the fan.

Abstract: A method of performing cell search includes receiving a primary synchronization signal (PSS) comprising a primary synchronization code (PSC) and receiving a secondary synchronization signal (SSS) comprising a first secondary synchronization code (SSC) and a second SSC, wherein the SSS includes a first SSS and a second SSS, the first SSC and the second SSC are arranged in that order in the first SSS, and the second SSC and the first SSC are arranged in that order in the second SSS. Detection performance on synchronization signals can be improved, and cell search can be performed more reliably.

Abstract: A system and method for viewing, entering, and editing information through a transparent screen are described. The invention allows a user to interactively view, enter, and edit information on a transparent window. In one embodiment, the window display device includes a transparent media configured for allowing the user to see through the transparent media; a display module coupled to the transparent media wherein the display module is configured for displaying information to the user; and an input module coupled to the transparent media wherein the input module is configured for receiving an input from the user, wherein the user is capable of viewing through the transparent media while viewing the information.

Abstract: User certificate method for data broadcasting including the steps of inputting a code recollection starting key on a remote control device during a user watches a data broadcasting, extracting a program title from an Electronic Program Guide table received from a broadcasting station, inputting a successive sequence of keys for user certification, inputting a code recollection end key on the remote control device for finishing the inputting of the sequence of keys, inputting a user code according to a screen displayed after inputting the code recollection key, and storing a record having the user code, the program title and the input key sequence in the code certificate table, whereby permitting easier watching of a data broadcasting program that requires a used certificate.

Abstract: In a wireless mobile communications system, a method of transmitting and receiving radio access information that allows a faster and an efficient way of establishing a radio connection between a terminal and a target base station while performing a handover for the terminal to a cell of the target base station. The network transmits in advance, the radio access information and the like, to the terminal so that the terminal can be connected with the target cell in a faster manner which minimizes the total time for the handover process.

Abstract: A driving circuit for driving at least one lamp includes a power switching circuit, a first transformer and a feedback control circuit. The power switching circuit is electrically connected with a power source to generate an input current. The first transformer includes a primary winding and a secondary winding. The primary winding is electrically connected with the power switching circuit. The secondary winding is for transforming the input current to drive the lamp. The feedback control circuit is connected in parallel with the primary winding in order to measure a voltage variation of the primary side and output a power control signal. Abstract: An apparatus and method for remotely controlling household appliances connected to a home network. A power line and a network processor is installed in each household appliance, enabling a household appliance user to remotely control the appliances from a place outside of as well as inside a home. Information about all conditions of the household appliances can be displayed on a screen displayable household appliance so that the user can recognize the operations of the appliances even during spare moments. A low-price built-in server is installed in each household appliance to assign the corresponding appliance a unique IP address simply over the Internet to be controlled according to an external user control command. A home server is connected to each of the household appliances such that the corresponding appliance receives a control command, sent in transit by a user from a mobile terminal.

Abstract: A push-to-talk (PTT) method for optimizing talk burst control in a PTT communication network is provided. The method comprises transmitting a talk burst inquiry from a first PTT terminal to a PTT server requesting a talk burst control message to determine a talk burst state of the first PTT terminal; and receiving from the PTT server the talk burst control message providing the talk burst state of the first PTT terminal, in response to the talk burst inquiry, wherein the talk burst state indicates whether a talk burst request is granted to a second PTT terminal.
