The apparatus has a first and second power sources to drive the ADF to transmit a paper in or out of the body. The ADF includes a limiting structure, a swinging member and a blocking member. The first and second power sources drive the limiting structure and the swinging member to swing respectively. The blocking member has a first end connected to the swinging member and a second end extending toward the limiting structure. When the limiting structure is at a second position and the swinging member swings toward a third position, the second end is trapped into the limiting space. When the limiting structure moves toward a first position and the swinging member swings toward the third position, the second end escapes from the limiting space.

Abstract: An air conditioner includes a compressor and a heat exchanger. The heat exchanger includes a first header pipe to have a refrigerant compressed by the compressor to flow therein, a heat exchange unit including a plurality of first refrigeration tubes and a plurality of second refrigeration tubes to thermally exchange the refrigerant with air, a plurality of first header branch pipes coupling the first header pipe with corresponding first refrigeration tubes in the heat exchange unit, a bypass pipe to have the refrigerant, thermally exchanged in the heat exchange unit, passing therethrough in the air cooling operation, and a second header pipe to have the refrigerant passing through the bypass pipe to flow therein. A plurality of second header branch pipes couples the second header pipe with corresponding second refrigeration tubes in the heat exchange unit, where at least two first refrigeration tubes have at least one second refrigeration tube therebetween.
Abstract: Provided is a refrigerator. The refrigerator includes a cabinet defining a refrigerating compartment and a freezing compartment, a freezing compartment door opening or closing the freezing compartment, and an ice making device disposed on a rear surface of the freezing compartment door. The ice making device includes a case disposed on the freezing compartment door, an ice tray rotatably disposed inside the case, the ice tray making an ice therein, a knob exposed to the outside of the case, the knob being connected to a rotation shaft of the ice tray and rotated by being manipulated from the outside, and an elastic member disposed on the rotation shaft of the ice tray, the elastic member providing an elastic force into the ice tray so that the ice tray is rotated to an original position. Thus, a structure for rotating the ice tray may be simplified.
Abstract: A set of media playback and device settings data from each home appliance of a first set of home appliances is stored on a central server and/or sent to a remote control device upon initiation of a suspend command by a user. The stored media and devices states may be used at a later time to control the first set of home appliances, or a user may, after relocating to a second set of home appliances, initiate a resume state command whereupon media playback and device settings data from the central server and/or remote control device controls each home appliance in the second set of home appliances to bring about the same or substantially similar media and device states as in the first set of home appliances.
Abstract: A device for electrically interconnecting and packaging electronic components. In one embodiment, a modular non-conducting base member having one or more component recesses and a plurality of lead channels formed therein is provided. At least one electronic component is disposed within the recess, and the wire leads of the component routed through the lead channels to a conductive lead terminal. A plurality of lead terminals, adapted to cooperate with the non-conducting base member, are received therein, and adapted to place the device in signal communication with an external printed circuit board. The modular non-conducting base members are assembled or stacked to form a unitary modular assembly. Methods for fabricating the device are also disclosed.

Abstract: A method for wireless communication between user equipments (UEs) and a base station in a wireless communication system that supports a first UE using a single band and a second UE using multiple bands is provided. In the method, UE receives, from the base station, resource allocation information including information regarding a downlink component carrier (CC) and an uplink CC allocated to the UE, receives the allocated downlink CC, and transmits the allocated uplink CC by applying a cell ID thereto. The allocated downlink CC is one of downlink CCs to which different cell IDs are applied, pairs of CCs are predefined by associating uplink CCs respectively with downlink CCs in order to support the first UE. When the allocated downlink and uplink CCs do not belong to the pairs of CCs, the applied cell ID is a cell ID of a downlink CC that is paired with the allocated uplink CC in the predefined pairs of CCs.

Abstract: A method of transmitting packet in a mobile station is provided. The method includes determining whether a resource reserved for a special purpose is overlapped with a resource for transmitting a packet by the mobile station, on the basis of resource allocation information on the mobile station, and delaying the transmission of the packet if the reserved resource is overlapped with the resource for transmitting the packet. Accordingly, it is possible to increase uplink packet transmission efficiency without increasing downlink overhead, by avoiding or adjusting collision of an uplink packet transmission with a time-frequency resource reserved for another purpose.
