  • Patent number: 8755923
Abstract: A method for generating an optimized body structure is provided. A first topology optimization of a first body configuration is performed to generate a second body configuration. A subset of critical body components are identified based on load path values for the second body component and are parameterized. A second optimization is performed. The second optimization includes a low fidelity optimization for the geometry, the gauge and the grade of the critical body components, and a high fidelity optimization for the mass of each of the critical body components to generate an optimized set of critical body components. The optimized set of critical body components are combined with non-critical body components from the second body configuration to generate a final body configuration which is optimized for performance and weight.

  • Publication number: 20140161238
Abstract: A file management system that transmits a record file of voice data or image data created by a local device to a center device over a network and manages the record file in the center device. The center device receives attribute information about the record file, including the ID of the record file, which is created in the local device, further acquires extended attribute information associated with the attribute information from a PBX, call control server, or customer server, stores management table including the attribute information and the extended attribute information. The extended attribute information of the record file suggests frequency of the reference for the record file in the local device. The center device decides the timing of the upload request for the record file based on the extended attribute information of the record file.

  • Publication number: 20140162867
Abstract: Methods are provided for synthesizing crystals having a ZSM-5 framework structure from synthesis mixtures suitable for synthesis of ZSM-12 framework structure crystals in the absence of seed crystals with a ZSM-5 framework structure, such as in the absence of any seed crystals. For synthesis mixtures with a sufficiently high XO2:Y2O3 ratio, seeding a synthesis mixture with ZSM-5 seed crystals can result in production of pure phase ZSM-5 crystals with a new morphology. The morphology can include rod-like primary crystallites with a length of about 0.5 ?m or less that are organized/aggregated into larger secondary crystal structures. The aggregation of the primary crystallites into a secondary crystal structure can allow for an unexpectedly large mesoporous surface area for the ZSM-5 crystals.

  • Publication number: 20140158803
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a fishing reel having reliability in opening a side cover. The fishing reel is configured such that when the side cover opens, the side cover hangs from the reel body rather than being completely separated from the reel body, so that the user can easily open the side cover even when standing on uneven terrain such as on the rocks of a seashore. The fishing reel has a pillar structure which can conduct a first-extraction and second rotation operation such that even when the reel is designed in such a way that an end of the spool shaft necessarily protrudes out of the reel body, a rotating and opening operation of a cover assembly including the spool cover and the side cover is prevented from be impeded by the shaft, whereby even when in an extreme fishing environment, reliability in opening the side cover can be ensured.

Abstract: A semiconductor device includes plural electrode pads arranged in an active region of a semiconductor chip, and wiring layers provided below the plural electrode pads wherein occupation rates of wirings arranged within the regions of the electrode pads are, respectively, made uniform for every wiring layer. To this end, in a region where an occupation rate of wiring is smaller than those in other regions, a dummy wiring is provided. On the contrary, when the occupation rate of wiring is larger than in other regions, slits are formed in the wiring to control the wiring occupation rate. In the respective wirings layers, the shapes, sizes and intervals of wirings below the respective electrode pads are made similar or equal to one another.
