    Abstract: A biomass fuel production plant includes: a drying heat source that generates a heat medium; a drying device that uses the heat medium supplied from the drying heat source to heat and dry wood biomass; a carbonized product production device that is configured to perform pyrolysis of the dried wood biomass to produce a carbonized product; a bulk density measurement device that measures a bulk density of the carbonized product discharged from the carbonized product production device; and a control device that controls a heat quantity of the heat medium supplied to the wood biomass in the drying device. The control device includes an LHV calculation unit that is configured to calculate the LHV of the carbonized product from the bulk density, and controls the heat quantity of the heat medium supplied to the wood biomass in the drying device on the basis of the calculated LHV.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to nonferrous metallurgy, in particular to the process equipment for electrolytic production of primary aluminum, namely to methods for lining cathode assemblies of reduction cells. A method for lining a cathode of a reduction cell for production of aluminum includes filling a cathode device shell with a thermal insulation layer and leveling said layer; filling, leveling and compacting a refractory layer; installing bottom and side blocks followed by sealing joints therebetween with a cold ramming paste. Prior to filling a shell bottom with the thermal insulation layer, a layer of fine carbonized particles is formed. The inventive method for lining a cathode assembly of a reduction cell for production of primary aluminum allows to reduce the cost of lining materials and energy consumption for reduction cell operation by means of improved heat resistance of a base and to increase the service life of reduction cells.

This method includes inputting the mixed gases of hydrogen fluoride and 1,1,1,3,3-pentachloropropane together with 1,1,2,3-tetrachloropropene into a first reactor for a reaction to obtain a reaction product; directly inputting the reaction product into a second reactor to perform a reaction in the presence of a catalyst; separating hydrogen chloride from the obtained product; obtaining 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene, 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene respectively after water washing, alkaline washing, drying and rectifying. This invention has the advantages of flexible production, simple process, small investment, low energy consumption and high conversion rate.

The oil filter-leak pressure-test station may also be submerged in water using a submersion reservoir, so as to determine the existence and location of any leaks.
