Fourth, the computing device may trim the request-vehicle graph into partial request-vehicle graphs for each service vehicle. Fifth, the computing device may encode the partial request-vehicle graphs through a graph neural network (GNN). Sixth, the computing device may train the GNN to predict actions for each service vehicle. Finally, the computing device may instruct the service vehicles to operate based on the actions.

Coordination between these two phases is capable to address an issue of low energy density, low initial coulombic efficiency, and low lithium utilization of conventional cobalt-free layered cathode materials. The novel cobalt-free layered cathode material can be applied to lithium-ion batteries to achieve a low cost and high energy density.

    Abstract: Thermophotovoltaic (TPV) systems for energy harvesting with thermal management are provided. The systems include a three-dimensional architected wick having a porous structure for delivering a two-phase working fluid via capillary action to maintain efficient cooling of a TPV cell array. The wick is configured to uniformly deliver working fluid for evaporative cooling of the TPV cells. The wick may be in direct thermal communication with the TPV cell or employed to locally deliver working fluid to an evaporator that is in direct thermal communication with the TPV cell. The increased surface area of porous structure of the wick and the evaporator increases heat dissipation and evaporative cooling providing an improvement in temperature distribution and heat transfer critical to maintaining the TPV cell at a constant temperature.

The recess aligns with the locking wheel at the preselected angular position and, due to a bias force, the locking wheel extends into the recess to inhibit rotation of the carousel until the carousel is spun manually, forcing the carousel to rotate and the locking wheel to retract until the locking wheel encounters the recess again.

Each pod can include a payload to be planted on or in the ground by the pod planting system. Pods may be customized depending on the types of plants being planted, the terrain, prior planting results, etc.
