Abstract: Systems and methods can provide for customer value optimization. The customer value optimization can include analyzing certain transaction and/or non-transaction data of customers with one or more predictive models to determine predictive modeling scores, values, or indicators. These one or more predictive modeling scores, values, or indicators can be used with other transaction or non-transaction data of customers, either alone or with other derived values/calculations, to provide certain optimizations relating to product/service optimization.

Abstract: Systems and methods for processing card fulfillment requests are provided. A card fulfillment request associated with a financial institution and including information associated with an account at the financial institution may be received, and an account identifier for the account may be identified. Information associated with one or more instant issuance requests for the financial institution that have previously been approved for fulfillment may be obtained. Based upon a comparison of the identified account identifier to one or more account identifiers associated with the instant issuance requests, a determination may be made as to whether the identified account identifier corresponds to one of the account identifiers associated with the one or more instant issuance requests. If a correspondence is found, then a determination may be made that the card fulfillment request is not to be fulfilled. Otherwise, a determination may be made that the card fulfillment request be fulfilled.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention may provide systems and methods for capturing and processing payment coupon information. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving an image representing a payment coupon from a payer and determining an identity of a biller associated with the payment coupon from the image. It may then be determined that no payment coupon metadata for obtaining one or more fields from the payment coupon is stored in association with the biller. The method may then include requesting a respective set of one or more field indicators representing at least an approximate size or an approximate location for one or more fields within the image. Upon receipt, the field indicators for the fields within the image are stored as the payment coupon metadata in association with the biller.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention may provide systems and methods for processing a payment coupon image. In one embodiment, a method includes receiving an image representing a payment coupon from a payer, determining an identity of a biller associated with the payment coupon based at least in part on information displayed by the image, and extracting data from the image based at least in part on payment coupon metadata associated with the biller indicating a layout of the payment coupon. The method may further include performing at least one of: (a) processing a payment associated with the payment coupon to the biller based at least in part on the data extracted from the image; (b) adding the biller to a list of billers for a payer associated with the payment coupon; or (c) activating the biller as an electronic biller for the payer associated with the payment coupon.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention may provide systems and methods for facilitating person-to-person payments. A payer request to pay a payee identified by a first contact identifier is received. Upon failing to locate the payee in a data repository of registered payees via the first contact identifier, the first contact identifier is utilized to transmit a registration invitation to the payee. Information associated with the request may be stored pending registration by the payee, and the invitation may include a link to a payment service provider site and an indicator of the stored information. Based upon a payee selection of the link, the indicator and identifying information for the payee other than the first contact identifier is received. The received identifying information is utilized to determine a pre-existing registration of the payee with the payment service provider, and the stored information is utilized to direct a payment to the payee.

Abstract: Systems and methods for personalized security management of online applications are provided. A determination may be made that a condition for constructing an increased authentication proposal for access to an online financial service is satisfied. The increased authentication proposal may be associated with (i) a user of the online financial service and (ii) a user request option associated with the online financial service. Based upon the determination that the condition is satisfied, the increased authentication proposal may be generated and transmitted for presentation to the user. An increased authentication proposal response may then be received, and the increased authentication proposal response may be processed in order to store, in association with the user and the user request option, (i) an indication of an increased authentication condition and (ii) an indication of an increased authentication mechanism.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention may provide systems and methods for selecting delivery methods based at least in part on delivery history information to a same or similar geographical area. According to one example embodiment, a method is provided. The method can include identifying a payee and determining that the payee is associated with a geographical area for mailpiece delivery. The method can further include identifying multiple delivery methods for mailpiece delivery to the geographical area, wherein each of the delivery methods can be associated with at least one delivery factor determined at least in part by analyzing delivery history information associated with multiple mailpieces mailed to the geographical area. The method can further include selecting one of the delivery methods for mailpiece delivery to the payee based at least in part on the at least one delivery factor and associating the selected delivery method with the payee.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention may provide systems and methods for determining estimated lead times based on delivery history information to a same or similar geographical area. According to one example embodiment, a method is provided. The method can include identifying a payee and determining that the payee is associated with a geographical area for mailpiece delivery. The method can further include identifying multiple delivery methods for mailpiece delivery to the geographical area, wherein each of delivery methods is associated with (a) a distribution center, (b) a delivery agent, and (c) an estimated lead time determined at least in part by analyzing the delivery history information associated with multiple mailpieces mailed from the respective distribution center to the geographical area via the respective delivery agent. The method can further include selecting one of the delivery methods for mailpiece delivery to the payee and associating the selected delivery method with the payee.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus for identifying payees from cleared items posted to a financial account are provided. Information associated with one or more cleared items posted to a financial account of a consumer may be obtained. Based at least in part on the obtained information, at least one payee may be identified. A suggestion to add the identified at least one payee as one of an electronic biller of the consumer or a payee of the consumer for online payment functionality may be generated, wherein receiving an acceptance of the suggestion facilitates activation of an associated service for the consumer by a service provider. The generated suggestion may be transmitted to a network entity for presentation to the consumer.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus for establishing payees based on cleared items posted to a financial account are provided. Information associated with a cleared item posted to a financial account of a consumer may be obtained. Based at least in part on the obtained information, a payee associated with the cleared item may be identified. A form may be generated for activating, at a service provider, at least one of online payment functionality for payments made to the payee by the service provider on behalf of the consumer or electronic bill presentment of billing information of the payee to the consumer through the service provider. The form may be transmitted to a network entity for presentation to the consumer.

Abstract: Systems and methods may be provided for deposit prediction based upon template matching. The system and methods may include receiving deposit information associated with a plurality of deposits for a deposit account of a financial institution customer, where the deposit information includes a plurality of deposit amounts, and a respective date associated with each of the plurality deposit amounts; identifying, based upon the received deposit information, one or more deposit patterns by applying one or more template patterns to the deposit information and determining that one or more of the applied template patterns match at least a portion of the deposit information; and generating an indication of the identified one or more deposit patterns.

Abstract: Methods and devices are provided for two-way authentication. In one example, a method prompts a user for an account number and a PIN. Upon authentication of the account number and the PIN, an e-mail having a link to a new session is sent to the user. If the account number and the PIN were authenticated, a custom background preselected by the user is presented in the new session and a password is requested. Use of the custom background preselected by the user may help the user authenticate the computer system to which he is attempting to gain entry. Upon authentication of the password, entry to a computer system is permitted. To provide optional, enhanced anti-phishing capability, if the account number and the PIN were not authenticated, the an indication may be made that the e-mail message is being sent.
