Abstract: Systems, methods and computer-readable media are disclosed for providing a cardholder with a token corresponding to a card account identifier for temporary use in emergency situations in which an existing card account identifier has potentially been compromised, as a result of theft or loss of a transaction card or other potential misappropriation of the existing identifier, or situations in which the existing identifier is otherwise unavailable for use. The card account identifier for temporary use may be associated with conditions that restrict the manner and scope according to which the identifier may be used to gain access to funds. The token is provided to a funds dispensing system that is configured to construct the corresponding card account identifier from the token and initiate a financial transaction using the card account identifier.

Abstract: Systems and methods for automated product recommendation are disclosed herein. This can include generating an entry, the entry corresponding to an item selected for purchase, in a minor-cart linked with a user account and identifying a recipe associated with the selected item. This can include comparing items identified in the recipe to items contained in the minor-cart to identify a missing item that is not in the minor-cart, and then prompting the user to purchase the missing item. Automated product recommendation can include generating an entry in the minor-cart linked to the missing item when the user selects the missing item for purchase, updating an invoice with price information for the selected missing item, and transferring the invoice to a point of sale terminal at the retail location.

Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamic creation of virtual-cart enabled purchasing in an in-store environment and automated product recommendation are disclosed herein. Virtual cart enabled purchasing can include receiving a user identifier and creating a mirror-cart linked with the received user identifier. An entry in the mirror-cart can be generated corresponding to a physical item selected for purchase by the user, and an invoice including pricing information for to items in the virtual-cart can be generated. A request for the invoice can be received, and the invoice can be transferred to the point of sale terminal. A payment confirmation can be received indicating completion of transacting of payment for the items in the virtual-cart and tracked in the invoice.

An incident handling system may receive a request for a next highest priority incident. An incident requiring resolution may be identified. The incident queue may be processed based at least in part on a prioritization rule to identify, from the one or more incidents associated with the incident queue, the next highest priority incident. The incident handling system may transmit the next highest priority incident associated with the incident queue.

Abstract: Example embodiments relate to authenticating a user operating a user computing entity. An input ordered sequence of biometric inputs is received and stored as profile templates. The templates are concatenated and a function is applied to generate a profile token. To authenticate a user, the same ordered sequence of biometric inputs are received to generate an authentication token with the profile token and the authentication token being compared for a match.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating proposed budget amounts by a budget tool are provided. A budget system identifies a budget category for a user. Information associated with one or more payees of the user and payment history information associated with one or more payments made to a payee included in the one or more payees is obtained from a bill payment system. Based at least in part on the obtained information, the payee is identified by the budget system as a budget payee associated with the budget category. Based at least in part on the identified payment history information, a proposed budget amount for the budget payee is calculated. A presentation is generated that includes an indication of the budget category, an indication of the budget payee, and an indication of the proposed budget amount. The generated presentation is transmitted by the budget system for display to the user.

A request associated with a financial transaction may be received on behalf of a requestor.
