Abstract: A method for reporting channel state information (CSI) in a wireless communication system and an apparatus therefor are disclosed. According to an example of the present invention, a method in which a terminal transmits CSI in a wireless communication system may comprise: a step of receiving data about a feedback antenna port configuration from a base station; and a step of transmitting CSI regarding K (K?1) feedback antenna ports from each of N (N?2) reporting resources to the base station. The K feedback antenna ports may be a part of M (M?2) antenna ports. The CSI regarding K feedback antenna ports may include phase information about the K feedback antenna ports. The phase information about the K feedback antenna ports may be determined by assuming a phase difference with respect to a reference antenna port.

Abstract: An eyeball cooling module includes a cooling device and a heat dissipation unit. The cooling device generates a cooling stimulation to human eyeballs by absorbing heat from a first side in which the human eyeballs are disposed and dissipating heat to a second side opposed to the first side. The heat dissipation unit is disposed at the second side of the cooling device, and dissipates heat from the second side of the cooling device externally. Accordingly, cooling stimulation to eyeballs of a human may be generated to human eyeballs, fatigue of eyes and eyeballs may be relieved at home and eyeball fever may be reduced at hospitals.

Abstract: The finding that patients with Sjögren's syndrome exhibit a statistically significant increase in expression of BMP6 in the salivary gland, relative to healthy control subjects, is described. Also described is the finding that overexpression of BMP6 in the salivary glands of mice results in an increase in electrical potential across the salivary gland. Methods of diagnosing a subject as having Sjögren's syndrome, or at risk for developing Sjögren's syndrome, by measuring the level of BMP6 expression in a salivary gland of a subject, measuring electrical potential in a salivary gland of a subject, or both, are described. Methods of treating a subject with Sjögren's syndrome, or methods of increasing salivary flow in a subject, by administering an agent that inhibits BMP6 expression or activity are also described. The use of XIST and MECP2 as diagnostic and therapeutic targets for male Sjögren's syndrome patients is further described.

Abstract: Compositions and methods for reducing the level of nornicotine and N?-nitrosonornicotine (NNN) in Nicotiana plants and plant parts thereof are provided. The compositions comprise isolated polynucleotides and polypeptides for cytochrome P450s that are involved in the metabolic conversion of nicotine to nornicotine in these plants. Expression cassettes, vectors, plants, and plant parts thereof comprising inhibitory sequences that target expression or function of the disclosed cytochrome P450 polypeptides are also provided. Methods for the use of these novel sequences to inhibit expression or function of cytochrome P450 polypeptides involved in this metabolic conversion are also provided. The methods find use in the production of tobacco products that have reduced levels of nornicotine and its carcinogenic metabolite, NNN, and thus reduced carcinogenic potential for individuals consuming these tobacco products or exposed to secondary smoke derived from these products.

Abstract: The invention relates to a new method of texturing silicon surfaces suited for antireflection based on ion implantation of hydrogen and heavy ions or heavy elements combined with thermal annealing or thermal annealing and oxidation. The addition of the heavy ions or heavy elements allows for a more effective anti-reflective surface than is found when only hydrogen implantation is utilized. The methods used are also time- and cost-effective, as they can utilize already existing semiconductor ion implantation fabrication equipment and reduce the number of necessary steps. The antireflective surfaces are useful for silicon-based solar cells.
