    Abstract: Disclosed is a cable-driven parallel robot capable of changing a workspace, in which the cable-driven parallel robot is provided with an end effector having a plurality of modules that can efficiently move to upper and side parts of an object without interference. Module-direction changing standby stations are provided on each of opposing sides of an upper frame such that the modules of the end effector are coupled to the module-direction changing standby station for direction change standby, so that the modules can efficiently move to upper and side parts of the workspace without interference, thereby maximizing work efficiency. To this end, there is provided a cable-driven parallel robot including: an installation frame, and upper and side frames; a plurality of driving units; a plurality of cables; the module-direction changing standby station; and an end effector provided with a plurality of modules.

The method includes the steps of depositing upon the surface a protective thin film of a material of sufficient thickness to overcoat the metal or metal-containing particle and the surface, thereby yielding an armored surface; and then calcining the armored surface for a time and at a temperature sufficient to form channels in the protective thin film, wherein the channels so formed expose a portion of the metal- or metal-containing particle to the surrounding environment. The phase detector includes: a sampler unit generating multiple samples obtained by sampling a data signal in a time interval corresponding to a half of a unit interval based on a clock; a mode selection unit selecting a series of samples among the multiple samples in such a way that the mode selection unit selects the series of samples starting from an odd-numbered sample, or selects the series of samples starting from an even-numbered sample, according to a mode selection signal; and an XOR unit performing an XOR operation on the samples that are adjacent to each other and outputting an operation result, the output operation result is used for controlling the voltage-controlled delay line. The delay-locked loop can greatly reduce power consumption and an area of the voltage control delay line.
