Abstract: Provided are a novel phosphinine oxide derivative and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically, the phosphinine oxide derivative includes an oxaphosphinine oxide derivative and an azaphosphinine oxide derivative. The phosphinine oxide derivative according to the present invention may have a pharmacological activity and a physiological activity, and may be used as a basic framework of a natural product and may be used for development of new drug and synthesis of various medical supplies. In addition, according to the preparation method of the phosphinine oxide derivative according to the present invention, various phosphinine oxide derivatives with a high yield may be prepared by a simple synthesis process using an intramolecular annulation between a phosphinic derivative and an alkyne derivative in the presence of a rhodium (Rh) catalyst or a ruthenium (Ru) catalyst and an oxidant.

Abstract: A method for a practical model based computed tomography construction may include assuming that a filtered back projection reconstruction of a computed tomography image is available and acquiring a deviate of a multivariate random variable computed tomography data set. A filtered back projection reconstruction of the image may be estimated, and the filtered back projection reconstruction may be identified as a deviate of a multivariate random variable. A maximum a posteriori estimate may be generated for the filtered back projection reconstruction.
Abstract: Disclosed in this specification is a high capacity compact gel documentation system for documenting different types of electrophoresis gels or other translucent objects using ultraviolet light. The system includes a base with a scanning surface having a transparent bottom surface. A light source is connected to a conveying mechanism, disposed below the transparent bottom surface, to move the light source over the length of the transparent bottom surface. An image capture device receives a reflected image and provides it to a microprocessor. Moreover, separate interchangeable filters allow for documentation of UV and white light gel captures, alleviating the need for separate transilluminators and hoods with filters and cameras.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel analogue antibiotic peptide derived from a CM-MA peptide and a use thereof. Specifically, the novel antibiotic peptides represented by SEQ. ID. NO: 2 to SEQ. ID. NO: 7 (CAM 1 to CMA 6) were synthesized by using a CM-MA antibiotic peptide, in which amphiphilic cecropin A (CA) and magainin 2 (MA) are conjugated, as a template.
