    Abstract: An electronic mirror includes an electronic lens assembly, a light sensor, an ambient light sensor and a control circuit. The electronic lens assembly is configured to reflect a light at a reflectance rate in response to a reflectance value. The light sensor is configured to generate an intensity value by logarithmic sensing the light proximate the electronic lens assembly. The ambient light sensor is configured to generate an ambient intensity value by logarithmic sensing an ambient light. The control circuit is configured to generate the reflectance value in response to the ambient intensity value and the intensity value while in a mirror mode. The refection value adjusts the reflectance rate of the electronic lens assembly with a negative fractional power of the intensity value.

The piston assembly is activated to move the solid cone assembly downward through the inner sleeve so as to expand the inner sleeve and the portion of the expandable tubular having the inner sleeve. The adjustable cone assembly is shifted from a retracted position to an expansion position within the inner sleeve. The adjustable cone assembly is moved upward through expandable tubular while leaving the solid cone assembly and the inner sleeve coupled to expandable tubular. The solid cone assembly and the inner sleeve may be drilled or milled.

    Abstract: A device and method for the continuous monitoring of otoacoustic emissions (OAE) levels on an individual worker uses as a pair of earpieces each featuring an external microphone, an internal microphone and a pair of miniature receivers. An adaptive filtering noise rejection processing of the measured distortion product OAE (DPOAE) is used to further improve the Signal-to-Noise ratio in frequencies where passive isolation remains insufficient. The adaptive filtering noise rejection technique relies on a Normalized Least-Mean-Square (NLMS) algorithm that uses the ipsilateral external microphone and the contralateral internal microphone to reject the noise from the measured DPOAE signals for each in-ear OAE probe. A DPOAE signal extraction algorithm provides for an increase in results reliability on a greater dynamic range in DPOAE magnitudes than known methods of DPOAE signal extraction.

A first object identification controller analyzes the first data stream, identifies the first objects, and determines first characteristics associated therewith. A second object identification controller analyzes the second data stream, identifies the second objects, and determines second characteristics associated therewith. A model generator includes a plausibility voter to generate an environmental model of the objects existing in space around the vehicle. The model generator may use ASIL decomposition to provide a higher ASIL level than that of any of the sensors or object identification controllers alone. Matchings between uncertain objects are accommodated using matching distance probability functions and a distance-probability voter. A method of operation is also provided.

The bicycle is lightweight and the bicycle crank is more streamlined so that consumers are attracted. Thereby the market competitiveness is increased.
