Abstract: An assembly includes an inlet tube and an outlet tube. The assembly includes a solenoid assembly having a plunger movable between an open position in which fluid is permitted to flow from the inlet tube to the outlet tube and a closed position in which fluid is inhibited from flowing from the inlet tube to the outlet tube. The solenoid assembly has a spring urging the plunger to the closed position. The assembly includes a first pressure sensor positioned to be compressed when the plunger is moved toward the open position. Pressure detected by the first pressure sensor indicates whether the plunger is at the open position. The assembly includes a second pressure sensor positioned to be compressed when the plunger is moved toward the closed position. Pressure detected by the second pressure sensor indicates whether the plunger is at the closed position.

Abstract: Source data rendered as a string of hexadecimal data representing a set of Extended Binary Coded Decimal Interchange Code (EBCDIC) data, and a data layout description defining a record in the source data that includes a plurality of fields, are obtained. Respective hexadecimal lengths of the fields based on a source data length of each field and a source datatype of each field are determined. Hexadecimal sub-strings are extracted from the hexadecimal string based on the hexadecimal lengths and source datatypes of the fields. At least some of the hexadecimal sub-strings are converted to a target format. The sub-strings are output in the target format.

Abstract: A high-voltage portable charging system for remote recharging of an electric vehicle includes a housing, an array of battery cells forming a high-voltage battery disposed in the housing, and a low-voltage battery disposed in the housing. A coupler assembly has a cord and a vehicle connector configured to connect to a vehicle charge port. A switching arrangement is powered by the low-voltage battery and is configured to electrically connect the high-voltage battery to the cord when in a first condition and to de-energize the cord when in a second condition.
Abstract: A vehicle receives a first portion of content via ATSC broadcast, generates a random nonce, responsive to receiving the content, and sends the nonce and a request for content verification to a remote server. The vehicle receives a message from the remote server indicating whether the first portion of content is likely valid, the message including a second portion of content and a hash value when the content is likely valid. The vehicle then calculates a second hash value, using the random nonce and the first portion of content. The vehicle compares the second hash value to the first hash value, and responsive to the second hash value matching the first hash value, combines the second portion of content and the first portion of content to create combined content. The vehicle then uses a security strategy to convert the combined content into utilizable content, and utilizes the content.

Abstract: A system comprising a computer including a processor and a memory, the memory including instructions such that the processor is programmed to: process vehicle sensor data with a deep neural network to generate a prediction indicative of one or more objects based on the data and determine an object uncertainty corresponding to the prediction and when the object uncertainty is greater than an uncertainty threshold, segment the vehicle sensor data into a foreground portion and a background portion. Classify the foreground portion as including an unseen object class when a foreground uncertainty is greater than a foreground uncertainty threshold; classify the background portion as including unseen background when a background uncertainty is greater than a background uncertainty threshold; and transmit the data and a data classification to a server.
