    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a non-pneumatic tire with a reinforcing member. The non-pneumatic tire includes a tread part which comes into contact with the ground, a rim part which is coupled to an axle, an outer annular band part which forms an interface with an inner surface of the tread part, an inner annular band part which forms an interface with the rim part, a spoke part which is disposed between the outer annular band part and the inner annular band part and functions as a support, a connector which connects spokes of the spoke part to each other, and a reinforcing member which has a plate wire structure. The non-pneumatic tire can effectively and sufficiently withstand the weight of a vehicle. Further, the performance of the tire is balanced with respect to the contact area, the displacement extent and the resistance to rolling.

    Abstract: Provided are a rubber composition for tire tread including 100 parts by weight of a raw material rubber that includes 20 parts by 80 parts by weight of a first solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR1) having a styrene content of 15% to 25% by weight and a vinyl content in the butadiene of 60% to 65% by weight and produced by a batch method; and 60 parts to 90 parts by weight of a silica having a specific surface area measured by nitrogen adsorption of 155 m2/g to 185 m2/g and a CTAB value of 150 m2/g to 170 m2/g, and a tire producing using the rubber composition. The rubber composition for tire tread has excellent processability in an unvulcanized state, and can improve all of the braking performance on wet road surfaces, the braking performance on icy road surfaces, and the low fuel consumption performance.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a non-pneumatic tire. The non-pneumatic tire includes an outer cylindrical section having a tire tread; an inner cylindrical section connected to an axle of a vehicle; and a noise and vibration prevention spoke unit connecting the outer cylindrical section to the inner cylindrical section. The spoke unit is continuously supported by a road surface during vehicle driving, thereby reducing noise and vibration. In the non-pneumatic tire, the spoke blades are arranged at an angle, so that the spoke unit is continuously supported by a road surface during vehicle driving, thereby enabling reduction of noise and vibration while improving ride comfort. In addition, the non-pneumatic tire allows a designer to set lateral forces, as needed, as opposed to a conventional non-pneumatic tire, thereby enabling control of a leaning phenomenon caused by road structure.

An offset structure is provided by cutting off a portion around a start point where a virtual line extending from a distal end of the outermost rib of the tread intersects a virtual line extending from the tread lateral side. A side of the outermost rib is parallel to the tread lateral side and the cut-off portion is formed with a “<”-shaped groove. A sacrifice rib protruding from the “<”-shaped groove is formed coplanar with the start point located on the virtual line extending from the tread lateral side.
