Abstract: A quick-acting locking device for the detachable connection between a removable housing element, particularly a maintenance cover, and a stationary housing element, comprising at least one cocking lever pivoted on the removable housing element and a flat spring acting as a bending spring and forming two legs, one of the legs engaging with its extremity in the border of the removable housing element.
Abstract: A cooler-cum-blower assembly for internal combustion engines with two water-cooler elements arranged in front of the front side of the engine, said cooler elements being located opposite each other in relation to the longitudinal median plane of the engine and each forming an acute angle with the longitudinal median plane of the engine on the side facing away from the engine, and with an axial blower located in front of the cooler elements and actuated by means of the engine.

Abstract: An apparatus according to the invention utilizes an elongated combustion chamber at least partially surrounded by a cooling air chamber receiving cooling air, directing a portion of the heated cooling air into the combustion chamber, and discharging the remaining heated cooling air into the atmosphere. A number of separated ducts discharge afterburned exhaust gas and are connected to a combustion chamber discharge pipe. Each duct has a wall forming a joint heat exchange surface with the cooling air chamber and the openings of the ducts into the atmosphere are separate from the air chamber opening. The ducts may each be formed of a corrugated metal shell with the corrugation peaks connected with the exterior wall of the cooling air chamber.
