Abstract: A roasting rack assembly having a roasting rack for receipt of a roast, and a rack support structure is provided. The rack support structure includes a frame for receipt of the roasting rack, and legs depending from the frame. The frame is adapted to permit egress of the roasting rack therefrom in furtherance of delivering a roast from the roasting rack, through the rack support structure, and to a serving platter underlying the rack support structure.

Abstract: A barbecue apparatus is provided, the apparatus comprises: a firebowl having an open topside and a bottomside with at least one aperture; a base attached to the bottomside of the firebowl, and the base comprises an internal cavity, and the aperture of the bottomside of the firebowl leads to the internal cavity of the base; and an ash bin and chimney device comprising an open topside and at least one side wall forming a device cavity, and the device designed to fit within the internal cavity of the base, the aperture of the firebowl is situated above the open topside of the device when the device is situated within the internal cavity of the base, and the device further comprises at least one screen and a movable flap situated within its device cavity.

Abstract: Systems and methods for efficiently and effectively supporting sporting equipment such as a snowboard. Also systems and methods for removably or permanently attaching an apparatus to a snowboard boot, sole, or a sub-component thereof such that the apparatus may be used to support the weight of sporting equipment such as a snowboard while a user of the sporting equipment is seated (e.g., while riding a chairlift). Systems and methods for fabricating an integral support within a boot, sole, or a sub-component thereof. These systems and methods include after-market items affixed to commercially-available boots, soles, or sub-components thereof by a snowboarder, snowboard professional, or the like, or, alternatively, such systems and methods may be incorporated by a boot or sole manufacturer during manufacture of the boot, sole, or a sub-component thereof. The systems and methods may be permanent or removable.

Abstract: A sliding shell mechanism includes a circumferential band, and a pair of portions attachable to the circumferential band, each portion having formed on an edge portion thereof an annular groove, the grooves being sized and configured to slidingly and matingly receive tongue portions of the circumferential band. The disclosed sliding shell mechanism may include additional circumferential bands and provide a hollow interior portion in which electronic circuits may be disposed.

Abstract: A figure defining and contouring garment, which outlines and defines a wearer's body contours in a fashionable and comfortable manner, includes a waistband coupled to a body with a rear tunnel that extends along the inside rear of the garment from the lower rise or crotch area to the waistband and a waistband tunnel that extends through the waistband. A drawstring anchored in the lower rise area extends upwardly through the rear tunnel to the waistband where it transitions to the waistband tunnel through a diverter region in the waistband. The drawstring transition between the rear and waistband tunnels is advantageously hidden within the waistband. The drawstring is used to adjust the fit of the garment by pulling on the drawstring to tighten the drawstring.

Abstract: In a printing press and attached onto the transfer cylinders, an anti-marking system that uniformly supports the transport and the release of the wet printed sheet from one station to the next. The anti-marking sheet consists of a two plus layer system, the outer layer being a textured surface and the inner layer being a microcellular material that is both compressible and resilient. The outer textured layer may be treated with either conductive/anti-static layers or an ink repellent layer or both. The two plus layer system is easily attached to both transfer cylinders and tracking/skeleton wheels using any combination of fixtures from Velcro™, magnetic, metallic, and pressure sensitive double sided tape to elastic loops.

Abstract: A cooker has a pan of circular configuration with an open upper end receiving a circular lid and a bottom having apertures therein. A disk shaped drip tray disposed below the pan and having upstanding lugs thereon is selectively moved between raised and lowered positions using opposite latching mechanisms which adjustably couple the drip tray to the pan. In the raised position, the drip tray engages the bottom of the pan and the lugs on the drip tray extend into and close the apertures in the pan. In the lowered position, the lugs are removed from the apertures, permitting greases, fats and similar substances to drain through the apertures and onto the drip tray. The latching mechanisms permit separation of the drip tray from the pan for separate cleansing thereof such as by placing in a dishwasher.

Abstract: A rotary food server for storing food in a chilled condition includes a dish rotatably mounted on a stationary base and having central and peripheral pockets for removably receiving food storage trays having removable lids. Coolant housings containing a chilled-retaining substance are refrigerator prior to use and then placed beneath and at the sides of the trays to chill food stored in the trays. In an alternative embodiment, a lower housing rotatably mounted on a stationary base has a cavity therein filled with a cooling medium such as a mixture of ice and water. Mounting of an upper housing on the lower housing causes cavities formed in the upper housing to displace the cooling medium to the sides as well as the bottoms thereof to chill food stored within the cavities.

Abstract: A barbecue has a pair of storable shelves mounted on opposite portions of the barbecue housing adjacent the upper open end of the housing. The shelves are rotatable about generally vertical pivot axes so that each can be swung between a first position for use outside the housing and a second position for storage inside the housing. The shelves are positioned, one over the other, for storage inside the housing when each is in the second position. Swinging movement of each of the shelves between the first and second position is provided by a downwardly extending shaft at an end of a bracket on which the shelf is mounted, which shaft is rotatably received within a mating vertical aperture in a mounting assembly mounted at the inside surface of the barbecue housing. Recesses in the shelf brackets permit the brackets to be positioned over and to nest on the rim of the housing when in the first position outside of the housing.
