Abstract: A torch assembly is provided, the assembly comprising: a container comprising an internal chamber for holding liquid fuel and an opening leading to the chamber; a wick having opposing ends, the first end is inserted through the opening and situated within the chamber, the second end projecting outwardly from the opening; a wick cap attached to the second end of the wick; a wick rod attached to the first end of the wick, the rod designed to be situated within the chamber of the container; and a snuffer cap designed to be attachable and detachable from the wick cap.

Abstract: A portable bar is provided, the bar comprises a vertical panel having a front side, a back side and opposing ends; at least two vertical support panels, each support panel being connected to the opposing ends of the vertical panel; a counter being connected to and supported by the vertical panel and the vertical support panels; at least one horizontal shelf being situated on the back side of the vertical panel; an umbrella assembly comprising at least two umbrellas and two poles attached to the umbrellas, the assembly further comprising a connector for connecting the first and second umbrellas during an open position; and a cover attached to both umbrellas, the cover designed for advertising material.

Abstract: A figure defining and contouring garment, which outlines and defines a wearer's body contours in a fashionable and comfortable manner, includes a waistband coupled to a body with a rear tunnel that extends along the inside rear of the garment from the lower rise or crotch area to the waistband and a waistband tunnel that extends through the waistband. A drawstring anchored in the lower rise area extends upwardly through the rear tunnel to the waistband where it transitions to the waistband tunnel through a diverter region in the waistband. The drawstring transition between the rear and waistband tunnels is advantageously hidden within the waistband. The drawstring is used to adjust the fit of the garment by pulling on the drawstring to tighten the drawstring.

Abstract: An adventure figure system and method are described in which a collectable figurine may be used. Each figurine may have a unique serial number wherein each purchaser of a figurine may create an adventure for the particular figurine using a website. The figurine may then be sent out on its adventure. Each person that comes into contact with the figurine may log into the website and update the figurines location.

Abstract: A portable cooking apparatus is provided comprising a fire bowl comprising an exterior undersurface and an internal chamber; a lid removably engagable with the fire bowl; and a stand to be locatable against the exterior undersurface of the fire bowl for support during a usage position, and during a non-use position, the stand is situated atop the lid while the lid is situated atop the fire bowl to thereby enclose the internal chamber of the fire bowl.

Abstract: A portable bar that is capable of being disassembled and assume a collapsed position to facilitate storage. The bar is to include a counter which is spaced from a base that is to rest on a supporting surface. In between the counter and the base is located shelving. The shelving is to include one or more buckets. The counter is to have connected thereto a cutting board and a condiment tray with both the cutting board and condiment tray each being movable between a retracted position, which is the storage position, and an extended position, which is the usage position. The portable bar is to be connectable to an umbrella assembly which is to function to cover the counter area in order to provide shade from the sun and protection from rain to an individual utilizing the bar.

Abstract: An advertising display unit adaptable for attachment to a guard structure such as upright supports located adjacent the fuel pump islands associated with a typical service station, the present display unit including a sign structure having a pair of generally opposed display panels positioned in spaced apart relationship so as to form a cavity adaptable for receiving the guard structure. Each display panel includes an attachment structure for removably securing the sign structure to the guard structure so as to retain the display unit in a generally upright orientation. In a preferred embodiment, the attachment structure includes a plurality of openings associated with each display panel and a plurality of tie members or cable straps positionable through selected openings for pulling a portion of each display panel into engagement with the guard structure.

Abstract: A quick start barbecue comprises a kettle, column and base. A moveable charcoal grate, when lowered into the column, folds into a basket shape thereby holding the charcoal in a compact configuration ideal for starting. Once the charcoal has ignited the grate is lifted into the kettle and in the process unfolds into a flat shape with the charcoal evenly distributed in a configuration ideal for cooking. The charcoal may be started using crumpled newspaper placed below the charcoal grate in its lower “basket” position or by use of a self igniting propane torch removably affixed to the column. A long chimney may be placed in the kettle to aid starting and stored around the column. A removable ash drawer in the base makes cleanup easy. Removal of the ash drawer causes a gate to close so that excess ash is confined to the column while the drawer is out.

Abstract: In a printing press and attached onto the transfer cylinders, an anti-marking system that uniformly supports the transport and the release of the wet printed sheet from one station to the next. The anti-marking sheet consists of a two plus layer system, the outer layer being a textured surface and the inner layer being a microcellular material that is both compressible and resilient. The outer textured layer may be treated with either conductive/anti-static layers or an ink repellent layer or both. The two plus layer system is easily attached to both transfer cylinders and tracking/skeleton wheels using any combination of fixtures from Velcro™, magnetic, metallic, and pressure sensitive double sided tape to elastic loops.

Abstract: A product inventory control system is provided that utilizes both fixed and movable racks. The present system may be utilized in a walk-in display cooler or other product storage application to help with inventory management and to provide easy access to stored product. The racks of the present system include shelf support members that are selectively positionable at a plurality of different orientations so as to achieve different product support surface orientations relative to a horizontal The shelf support members are adapted for storing a plurality of different types of products and product containers. Movable racks are positioned in front of fixed racks whereby movement of a movable rack provides access to a rack positioned therebehind.

Abstract: A product module for supporting and merchandising product containers therefrom including at least one elongated product channel defined by a pair of laterally spaced upstanding side walls and a substantially planar product supporting floor portion extending therebetween, each product channel having at least one front member spaced above the floor portion and partially bridging the product channel side walls, the at least one front member including a first wall portion extending from one of the product channel side walls and a second wall portion extending from the other of the product channel side walls. The first and second front wall portions define a space therebetween and are sufficiently resilient so as to allow a lead product container positioned within a product channel to be pulled therethrough to facilitate removal of the lead product container from the product channel.

Abstract: A product storage and merchandising unit adaptable for attachment to the underside portion of existing product merchandising equipment, the present unit having a plurality of openings positioned adjacent at least a portion of either the top or bottom portion of each of the opposed side portions thereof, the openings being adaptable for receiving appropriate attachment members for attaching the unit to the underside portion of the product merchandising equipment located thereabove. The attachment members may take the form of hook members, tie-type fasteners or other appropriate members, each attachment member being engageable with both the existing product merchandising equipment and at least one of the openings associated with the opposed side portions of the unit. In one embodiment, at least two sets of openings positioned in spaced apart parallel and aligned relationship to each other are associated with each of the opposed side portions of the unit.

Abstract: A display rack including a plurality of subassemblies which are removably stackably arranged one on top of the other to achieve a particular display rack height. Each subassembly includes a plurality of upright support members and a plurality of shelf members which are adjustably positionable between a substantially flat horizontal orientation and a gravity feed orientation. Each shelf member includes a removably attachable product organizer member which cooperates with the respective shelf members to align and guide products positioned thereon within segregated product channels. The present display rack may also include a plurality of side shelf members which are removably attachable to the side portions of each of the subassemblies for providing additional shelf space, and the present display rack may include a header assembly which is removably attachable to the upright support members associated with the uppermost subassembly forming the present display rack.
