    Abstract: A container for the collection of waste products including a base receptacle and a cover, the base receptacle having an upper lip portion, at least one rim portion and a supporting ledge. The cover is removably engageable with the base receptacle such that at least a portion of the cover engages at least a portion of the at least one rim portion when the cover is installed on the base receptacle thereby providing at least one peripheral area of contact between the cover and the base receptacle for securing a flexible bag liner therebetween. The base receptacle and cover are molded together as a one piece integral unit joined together by a web of material which connects the two component parts together. The cover is separated from the base receptacle by removal of the web of material.

    Abstract: A figure defining and contouring garment, which outlines and defines a wearer's body contours in a fashionable and comfortable manner, includes a waistband coupled to a body with a rear tunnel that extends along the inside rear of the garment from the lower rise or crotch area to the waistband and a waistband tunnel that extends through the waistband. A drawstring anchored in the lower rise area extends upwardly through the rear tunnel to the waistband where it transitions to the waistband tunnel through a diverter region in the waistband. The drawstring transition between the rear and waistband tunnels is advantageously hidden within the waistband. The drawstring is used to adjust the fit of the garment by pulling on the drawstring to tighten the drawstring.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a cap having a plurality of readily assembled parts that provide a passage for a beverage or liquid through the cap from the pitcher to the exterior thereof. The cap has a cap body made up of top and bottom portions that are formed so as to snap fit together. The cap body defines an interior cavity or passage from an entry defined by the bottom portion to an exit cooperatively defined by the top and bottom portions. The entry is selectively opened and closed to allow fluid or liquid passage through the cap by a valve that is biased into a closed position. In a preferred embodiment the valve is attached to a plunger having a cylindrical configuration and including a plurality of upwardly and outwardly extending shape memory retentive legs that are confined within a receiving collar attached to the bottom portion.
