Abstract: A container for the collection of waste products including a base receptacle and a cover, the base receptacle having an upper lip portion, at least one rim portion and a supporting ledge. The cover is removably engageable with the base receptacle such that at least a portion of the cover engages at least a portion of the at least one rim portion when the cover is installed on the base receptacle thereby providing at least one peripheral area of contact between the cover and the base receptacle for securing a flexible bag liner therebetween. The base receptacle and cover are molded together as a one piece integral unit joined together by a web of material which connects the two component parts together. The cover is separated from the base receptacle by removal of the web of material.

Abstract: The present invention provides a cap having a plurality of readily assembled parts that provide a passage for a beverage or liquid through the cap from the pitcher to the exterior thereof. The cap has a cap body made up of top and bottom portions that are formed so as to snap fit together. The cap body defines an interior cavity or passage from an entry defined by the bottom portion to an exit cooperatively defined by the top and bottom portions. The entry is selectively opened and closed to allow fluid or liquid passage through the cap by a valve that is biased into a closed position. In a preferred embodiment the valve is attached to a plunger having a cylindrical configuration and including a plurality of upwardly and outwardly extending shape memory retentive legs that are confined within a receiving collar attached to the bottom portion.
Abstract: A suspension rack for merchandising a plurality of product containers in parallel rows adaptable for mounting to a support structure including a plurality of tracks each having opposed front and rear end portions for supporting therein in single file a plurality of product containers, each track including a pair of elongated wire elements spaced apart to receive therebetween the upper portion of suitably sized product containers such that at least a portion of the upper portion of each product container engages at least a portion of the pair of wire elements forming each track whereby the product containers are suspended by their upper portions for movement relative to the wire elements, and a mounting structure associated with the rear portion of the suspension rack, the mounting structure including at least a pair of hook members for attaching to the support structure in a cantilever fashion.
Abstract: A product merchandising display unit having selectable product capacity including a receptacle having an internal cavity adapted for receiving and holding a quantity of product, and a product support floor member positionable at any one of at least two different elevated locations within the internal cavity for varying the product holding capacity thereof. A plurality of shoulder portions are located at each of the at least two different elevated locations within the internal cavity, the shoulder portions located at each spaced location being engageable with at least some of the peripheral edge portions associated with the floor member when the floor member is oriented in one of at least two different orientations. The display unit also includes a lid member having spaced pairs of retaining projections associated therewith for displaying advertising indicia therethrough.
Abstract: An artificial nail having a three dimensional feature. The three dimensional feature may be a three dimensional representation of any known or imagined person, place or thing. The three dimensional feature may have a protrusion that is graspable. The protrusion may be used to assist in placing the artificial nail onto a fingernail or toenail. The artificial nail may include a tool or writing implement that may be extendible/retractable, movable and/or rotatable. The artificial nail may include removably attached three dimensional features. The three dimensional feature may include hair. The three dimensional feature may include a sound emitter or be designed to emit sound. The three dimensional feature may be plush or made from fabric. The artificial nail may include a power source and a light emitter to emit light from a portion of the three dimensional feature.
