Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for using a neural network based model to predict an output port for a destination Internet Protocol (IP) address in a network are described. Some embodiments can construct an untrained model comprising a graph neural network (GNN), a first artificial feed-forward neural network (ANN), and a second ANN. Next, the embodiments can train the untrained model to obtain a trained model by: training the first ANN using at least IP addresses of destination nodes in the network, training the GNN using at least an adjacency matrix of the network and initial node features computed using the IP addresses of destination nodes in the network, and training the second ANN by combining the output of the first ANN and an output of the GNN using an attention mechanism. The embodiments can then use the trained model to predict the output port for the destination IP address.

  • Patent number: 11113337
Abstract: Embodiments herein provide a method for imputing sensor data, in a sensor data sequence with missing data based on the semantics learning, where semantics is defined by the constraints of the sensor data features. A candidate value for imputation is determined based on sensor data of corresponding instances of time instants of the sensor data sequence using learning based on semantics of features of the sensor data sequence with missing data. The nearest neighbors search has been applied in similar response data sequence using the data values corresponding to the time instant of missing data in sensor data sequence. In case similar response data sequence is not available imputation is performed based on the distribution pattern of missing data.

  • Patent number: 11049011
Abstract: Approaches for classifying training samples with minimal error in a neural network using a low complexity neural network classifier, are described. In one example, for the neural network, an upper bound on the Vapnik-Chervonenkis (VC) dimension is determined. Thereafter, an empirical error function corresponding to the neural network is determined. A modified error function based on the upper bound on the VC dimension and the empirical error function is generated, and used for training the neural network.

  • Patent number: 11012263
Abstract: Embodiments herein provide a method implemented in a cloud radio access network (C-RAN). The method includes transmitting channel state information (CSI) reference signals to plurality of user equipments (UEs). The method includes receiving a measured downlink (DL) CSI from each UE among the plurality of UEs.
