Abstract: A thermoplastic starch (TPS)/polylactic acid (PLA)/poly(butylene adipate-co -terephthalate) (PBAT) blend modified biodegradable resin is prepared by using a chain extender, and is prepared from the following raw materials: 20-30 parts by weight of TPS; 20-30 parts by weight of PLA; 40-60 parts by weight of PBAT; and 0.5-0.9 parts by weight of a chain extender KL-E. The preparation method is a two-step method: blending the TPS with the PBAT in a twin screw for granulating; mixing TPS/PBAT mixed granules with PLA granules, and dissolving the chain extender KL-E into an ethyl acetate solution. The chain extender KL-E can be uniformly distributed in PLA and TPS/PBAT mixed granules by using a spraying method, and the remaining short-chain molecules and terminal carboxyl molecules in the mixed granules can be changed into long-chain molecules.

Abstract: Ion-selective separation by shock electrodialysis is performed by applying a voltage differential between electrodes across a porous medium to selectively draw a first species in a liquid toward at least one of the electrodes to a greater degree than a degree to which a second species in the liquid is drawn toward the same electrode. The voltage differential creates a shock in the charged-species concentration in the bulk volume of the liquid within pore channels of the porous medium, wherein the concentration of the first species in a depleted zone of the liquid bulk volume between the shock and the ion-selective boundary is substantially lower than the concentration of the second species in the liquid bulk volume between the shock and the first electrode. A dilute stream including the second species is extracted from the depleted zone separate from a concentrated stream including the first species.

When the polyarylene ether-based polymer for an electrolyte membrane of a fuel cell is applied to the manufacture of a membrane-electrode assembly through a decal process, the hot pressing temperature may be controlled to about 120° C. so as to conform to a low glass transition temperature. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problems of deterioration of an electrolyte membrane or incomplete transfer of an electrode catalyst layer, caused by the high hot pressing temperature applied in the case of the conventional hydrocarbon-based polymer material.

Firstly, a three-dimensional picture under a generated background condition is generated, wherein the three-dimensional picture includes a three-dimensional object image. Then, a two-dimensional picture of the three-dimensional picture is captured, wherein the two-dimensional picture includes a two-dimensional object image of the three-dimensional object image. Then, an object region of the two-dimensional object image is recognized. Then, an exposed ratio of an exposed area of an exposed region of the object region to an object area of the object region is obtained. Then, whether the exposed ratio is greater than a preset ratio is determined. Then the exposed region is defined as the pick-and-place region when the exposed ratio is greater than the preset ratio.
