Abstract: A method for adjusting a seat in a vehicle includes adjusting the seat from an initial position to a passenger adjusted position based on receiving an input from a passenger. The method further includes determining the passenger exited the vehicle after adjusting the seat and predicting a likelihood of the passenger returning to the vehicle based on determining the passenger exited the vehicle. The method also includes adjusting the seat to the initial position based on the likelihood of the passenger returning is less than a passenger returning threshold. The method still further includes identifying a person approaching the vehicle after the passenger exited the vehicle based on information captured by one or more sensors of the vehicle. The method also includes adjusting the seat to a position associated with the previous passenger based on identifying the person approaching the vehicle as the previous passenger.

Abstract: The present invention provides a complex of LNA probe and graphene oxide, and a nucleic acid detection method using the same. In the present invention, LNA-containing molecular beacon is conjugated through covalent bonding with graphene oxide, a single strand of the molecular beacon binds to a target nucleic acid to form a complex, and the complex is separated from graphene oxide to induce a fluorescence signal. The molecular beacon and graphene oxide can be covalently bonded to minimize non-specific signals, and a LNA-added molecular beacon is designed in a double strand to detect a very low concentration of target nucleic acid with high sensitivity, as well as a fluorescent signal, and the multiple target nucleic acids can be detected simultaneously through diversification of the fluorescent signal to enable easy and accurate detection of a nucleic acid biomarker whose specific expression level is specifically changed according to diseases and disease progression.

Abstract: Tumor-specific T cell receptor (TCR) gene transfer enables specific and potent immune targeting of tumor antigens. The canonical cancer-testis antigen, NY-ESO-1, is not expressed in normal tissues but is aberrantly expressed across a broad array of cancer types. It has also been targeted with A2-restricted TCR gene therapy without adverse events or notable side effects. To enable the targeting of NY-ESO-1 in a broader array of HLA haplotypes, we isolated TCRs specific for NY-ESO-1 epitopes presented by four MHC molecules: HLA-A2, -B07, -B18, and -C03. Using these TCRs, we have developed an approach to extend TCR gene therapies targeting NY-ESO-1 to patient populations beyond those expressing HLA-A2.
