    Abstract: Ruggedized luminescent nanoparticle tracers have luminescent nanoparticle cores coupled to a luminescent substrate. The substrate is a large-particle size phosphor, while the nanoparticles are photoluminescent quantum dots (QDs) whose emission spectra can be tuned based on their chemical composition, size, and fabrication (e.g., dopants). The QDs are encapsulated by a protective layer to form a nanoparticle core. The protective layer can shield the QDs from external environments that would otherwise damage the delicate QDs. The substrate is also encapsulated by a protective layer, and the protective layer of the nanoparticle core is coupled to the protective layer of the substrate via a molecular linker to form a tracer particle complex. The tracer particle complexes can be disposed in a silicate suspension for subsequent use.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for recognition a position and generating a path for autonomous driving of a mobile robot in an orchard environment are provided. The method converts three-dimensional (3D) point cloud data for the orchard environment into a 2D grid map, obtains a position of the mobile robot by performing local scan matching and global scan matching on the 2D grid map, and extracts a tree from the 2D grid map based on occupancy of each grid of the 2D grid map. Then, an effective line based on center points of extracted trees is obtained, a destination based on the obtained effective line is generated, and a driving path according to the generated destination and the position of the mobile robot is generated.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a voltage-to-time converter and method for reducing parasitic capacitance and power supply influences. The voltage-to-time converter includes: a main sampling network, a compensation sampling network, a discharge network and an over-threshold detection unit. The influence of a traditional VTC parasitic capacitance on a VTC output swing amplitude is reduced by using the compensation sampling network. A sampling common-mode level of the compensation sampling network is compensated, such that the influence of the low-frequency disturbance of a power supply voltage on a threshold of a traditional VTC threshold detection circuit is reduced. The output swing amplitude of the voltage-to-time converter of the present disclosure can reduce the influence of a parasitic capacitance. A voltage common-mode level of a VTC input end is related to a power supply voltage, which reduces a conversion error caused by the influence of the power supply voltage on a threshold.

Each of the elements is included in an amount of 5 to 35 at %, and the entropy-controlled solid solution matrix BCC alloy is a BCC-structure solid solution matrix alloy in a medium-entropy to high-entropy state. In this invention, damage caused by neutron radiation is reduced, and entropy is controlled to thus ensure a solid solution matrix BCC structure having a slow diffusion speed, and accordingly, resistance to void swelling due to radioactive rays is high.
