Abstract: The present invention discloses a data scheduling register tree structure for radix-2 FFT architecture. The operation method of the proposed invention, there is no need for the Random Access Memory (RAM) to store the data; instead, shift registers with some multiplexers are enough to perform the memory operation with less hardware. There are three steps in the FFT computation such as input storage, data processing and output retrieval. The data processing step is further configured in four different operations. The number of operation mainly depends upon the size of the FFT, which is equal to log2N modes. During each operation, the DSRT changes its structure and these structures are basically MDC (Multi-path Delay Commutator) structures.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an apparatus and method for synthetically making an ultra-wide imaging bandwidth in millimeter-wave frequencies, resulting in improved image resolutions to values previously unattained. The synthetic approach sums up a number of available sub-bands (channels) to build an unavailable ultra-wideband system. Each channel contains an antenna unit which is optimized for operation within that specific sub-band. The number and position of the channels can be adjusted to cover any frequency range as required for the specific application.

Abstract: Systems and methods for determining a location of a robot are provided. A method includes receiving, by a processor, a signal from a deformable sensor including data with respect to a deformation region in a deformable membrane of the deformable sensor resulting from contact with a first object. The data associated with contact with the first object is compared, by the processor, to details associated with contact with the first object to information associated with a plurality of objects stored in a database. The first object is identified, by the processor, as a first identified object of the plurality of objects stored in the database. The first identified object is an object of the plurality of objects stored in the database that is most similar to the first object. The location of the robot is determined, by the processor, based on a location of the first identified object.

  • Publication number: 20210251546
Abstract: Medical diagnostic devices and related methods of use are described in which one or multiple coils in a sensor, each coil connected with an RLC circuit and frequency counter, are held against a patient's head at predetermined cranial locations. Frequencies of the RLC circuit are measured and compared against those taken from known, control heads, to determine whether there is a medical problem and what type of problem. In some instances, too high of frequencies can reveal pooled blood in the head, a sign of hemorrhagic stroke, while too low of frequencies imply lack of blood supply, a sign of ischemic stroke. A head-mountable frame can assist a first responder in securing and guiding the coils and, along with fiducials, allow for automatic comparison of frequencies with the correct control data.

Abstract: Tuned hyperparameter values are determined for training a machine learning model. When a selected hyperparameter configuration does not satisfy a linear constraint, if a projection of the selected hyperparameter configuration is included in a first cache that stores previously computed projections is determined. When the projection is included in the first cache, the projection is extracted from the first cache using the selected hyperparameter configuration, and the selected hyperparameter configuration is replaced with the extracted projection in the plurality of hyperparameter configurations. When the projection is not included in the first cache, a projection computation for the selected hyperparameter configuration is assigned to a session.
