    Abstract: A method and apparatus for processing an audio signal are disclosed. According to an example embodiment, a method of processing an audio signal may include acquiring a final audio signal for an initial audio signal using a plurality of neural network models generating output audio signals by encoding and decoding input audio signals, calculating a difference between the initial audio signal and the final audio signal in a time domain, converting the initial audio signal and the final audio signal into Mel-spectra, calculating a difference between the Mel-spectra of the initial audio signal and the final audio signal in a frequency domain, training the plurality of neural network models based on results calculated in the time domain and the frequency domain, and generating a new final audio signal distinguished from the final audio signal from the initial audio signal using the trained neural network models.

    Abstract: A multi-stage bubble-column vapor mixture condenser includes at least a first stage and a second stage. Each stage includes a condenser chamber including a carrier-gas inlet and a carrier-gas outlet and contains a condensing bath. Carrier gas bubbles from the carrier-gas inlet up through the condensing bath, overcoming a hydrostatic head of the condensing bath, to a volume of carrier gas above the condensing bath.     Abstract: Disclosed is an optical transmitter module including a directly modulated laser transmitter based on a directly modulated laser (DML) and an arrayed waveguide grating (AWG) chip that is vertically polished. The directly modulated laser transmitter includes a directly modulated laser chip array including one or more directly modulated laser chips, an impedance matching circuit that allows each of the one or more directly modulated laser chips to operate at a critical speed of 100 Gbps per channel or higher, and a radio frequency-flexible printed circuit board (RF-FPCB) that transmits a radio frequency (RF) modulating signal to the directly modulated laser chip array. The arrayed waveguide grating chip includes an optical waveguides that transfer multi-channel optical signals and a wavelength multiplexer that multiplexes the multi-channel optical signals.     Abstract: A boltless fastener assembly for a heavy haul railway with an axle load of 35-40 tons includes a pre-embedded steel holder, an e-clip, an insulated gauge block and a rubber pad. A clamping leg-heel end of the e-clip is provided with an L-shaped retaining end. The pre-embedded steel holder is improved to adapt to the e-clip, and an opening is formed at a portion of the pre-embedded steel holder close to the clamping leg-heel end of the e-clip, so that the e-clip can be installed normally. During normal installation, the L-shaped retaining end of the e-clip does not contact the pre-embedded steel holder. When the rail undergoes large torsional deformation, the L-shaped retaining end on one side of a rail moves upward to contact an upper edge of the opening of the pre-embedded steel holder or engages with a second heel end.
