Abstract: The present invention provides an event positioning method, device and application in a distributed fiber vibration monitoring system. When a location at which an event occurs in a sensing fiber is to be positioned, an interference field signal having a maximum optical power is obtained by comparing optical powers of respective interference field signals corresponding to backward Rayleigh scattering lights that are generated when a pulse light is transmitted in the sensing fiber. Subsequently, a sensing location of the interference field signal having the maximum optical power is calculated. Finally, the location at which the event occurs in the sensing fiber is determined, according to the sensing location and a location distribution pattern of the event. According to the positioning method provided in the present invention, by screening the interference field signals and then calculating the event location, the spatial resolution is not determined merely by the pulse width of the optical signal.

Abstract: A suspicious packet detection device and a suspicious packet detection method thereof are provided. The suspicious packet detection device captures an HTTP packet transmitted from an internal network to an external network, and based on an HTTP header of the HTTP packet, determines that the HTTP packet belongs to one of a browser category and an application category and identifies the HTTP packet as one of a normal packet and a suspicious packet. When the HTTP packet is identified as the normal packet, the suspicious packet detection device further verifies whether the HTTP packet is the suspicious packet or not by comparing the HTTP header with relevance information or by using a URL classification model.
Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for configuring an MMT payload header. The apparatus for configuring an MMT payload header, according to one embodiment, extracts a sequence number of a media processing unit (MPU) comprising one or a plurality of media fragment units, which are to be aggregated into one payload and mapped, and displays the extracted sequence number of the MPU on the MMT payload header. Specifically, the apparatus for configuring an MMT payload header displays the sequence number commonly associated with a plurality of MFUs on the header only once, when the plurality of MFUs in one payload are aggregated in the one payload and mapped.

Abstract: An eye treatment apparatus is described. The apparatus includes an annular body that has a hollow optical zone in its center. An inner perimeter of the annular body surrounds the optical zone. The inner perimeter has a diameter that corresponds to a diameter of the eye's cornea. An outer perimeter of the annular body has a diameter such that the annular body can extend to underneath the eye lid in an open eye position when the eye treatment apparatus is in operation. In this way, the apparatus can be worn on the eye, where the hollow optical zone substantially corresponds to the cornea and does not interfere with the field of vision. The annular body also includes a storage chamber that stores therapeutic liquid for an eye. An outlet is coupled with the storage chamber such that, in operation, the therapeutic liquid can be dispensed to the eye.

Abstract: Provided is a method for determining a Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) transmission signal. The method comprises receiving soft bits from a wireless communication physical channel uplink signal, said received soft bits being deemed to comprise HARQ LLRs and soft decoding said HARQ LLRs to output a hard ACK/NACK decision. The method includes processing said HARQ LLRs based on said hard ACK/NACK decision such that the processed HARQ LLRs map to a same or identical constellation point or points if the physical channel uplink signal contains an ACK or NACK transmission signal. The method also includes using said processed HARQ LLRs to determine if the physical channel uplink signal contains an ACK or NACK transmission signal or to determine if the physical channel uplink signal comprises discontinuous transmission (DTX).

Abstract: A user wears a virtual reality mask (VR mask) (100) and then watches a virtual reality image. The VR mask (100) blocks light incident from the outside. When the user wears the VR mask (100), the user cannot discover an obstacle (500) positioned outside the VR mask (100). The user may collide with the obstacle (500) and may be injured by the obstacle (500). Accordingly, in order to prevent injury to the user who uses the VR mask (100), it is necessary to make the user recognize the obstacle (500) positioned outside the VR mask (100). In order to recognize an obstacle, a virtual reality image and the obstacle may be displayed together, or the amount of light incident from the outside may be adjusted.
