Abstract: A low density parity check (LDPC) encoder, an LDPC decoder, and an LDPC encoding method are disclosed. The LDPC encoder includes first memory, second memory, and a processor. The first memory stores an LDPC codeword having a length of 64800 and a code rate of 5/15. The second memory is initialized to 0. The processor generates the LDPC codeword corresponding to information bits by performing accumulation with respect to the second memory using a sequence corresponding to a parity check matrix (PCM).

Abstract: A method of dynamic adjusting a generation frequency of messages in vehicular networks is provided, including: receiving updating requests and emergent degree of the vehicle event, and then determining whether the generation frequency of messages meets the dynamic change of the vehicle, if not satisfied, selecting a different adjustment method according to the event emergent degree. When the event is emergent, its generation frequency can be raised immediately by an interruptive adjustment and to suppress the generation frequency of messages of the others. Conversely, adjusting its generation frequency by a progressive adjustment and reducing the generation frequency of messages of the other lower-priority vehicles. According to the present disclosure, it prevents lower priority messages from occupying the channel overly, and emergency messages with higher priority can be satisfied immediately when it needed.

Abstract: Polymer particles are provided which contain fluorescent molecules with high presence ratio in a polymer layer thereof and a method for preparing thereof. Polymer particles are swelled in a non-aqueous solution excluding exclusively water preferably promotes selling of the polymer layer and transfer of the fluorescent molecules to the polymer layer could not protected by water molecules such that much more fluorescent molecule may be introduced into inside of the polymer layer. Furthermore, since the water is added to the reaction system prior to evaporation removal of the non-aqueous solvent, dry-up of the polymer particles is prevented by the water remained in the reaction system and the polymer particles including fluorescent molecules with high presence ratio of the fluorescent molecules preferably keep high dispersibility using the above described procedures.
Abstract: A MOSFET and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The method comprises: a. providing a substrate (100), a dummy gate structure (200), a epitaxial protection layer (101) and a sacrificial spacer (205); b. covering the dummy gate structure (200) and the substrate (100) on one side thereof by a mask layer, and forming a vacancy (102) in the substrate; c. growing a semiconductor layer (300) on the semiconductor structure to fill in the vacancy (102); d. removing the epitaxial protection layer (101) and the sacrificial spacer (205), and sequentially forming source/drain extension regions, a spacer (201), source/drain regions, and an interlayer dielectric layer (500); and e. removing the dummy gate structure (200) to form a dummy gate vacancy, and forming a gate stack in the dummy gate vacancy. In the MOSFET structure of the present disclosure, negative effects of DIBL on device performance can be effectively reduced.
