    Abstract: Disclosed are methods and apparatuses for image data encoding/decoding. A method of decoding an image includes receiving a bitstream in which the image is encoded; obtaining index information for specifying a block division type of a current block in the image; and determining the block division type of the current block from a candidate group pre-defined in the decoding apparatus. The candidate group includes a plurality of candidate division types, including at least one of a non-division, a first quad-division, a second quad-division, a binary-division or a triple-division. The method also includes dividing the current block into a plurality of sub-blocks; and decoding each of the sub-blocks with reference to syntax information obtained from the bitstream.

The anti-frost heaving component includes a first connecting rod rotationally connected with the support block and one or more telescopic rods. One end of each of the telescopic rods is fixed on the first connecting rod. A scraping plate is fixed at another end of each of the telescopic rods. The support plate is in transmission connection with the first connecting rod through a transmission component. The transmission component converts a vertical linear motion of the support plate into a rotation of the first connecting rod.

    Abstract: Systems and processes for purifying and concentrating a liquid feed stream are disclosed. In the systems, the concentrated liquid output from the high pressure side of a reverse osmosis stage is used as the draw solution in the low pressure side of the reverse osmosis stage in a configuration called osmotically assisted reverse osmosis. This reduces the osmotic pressure differential across the membrane, permitting high solute concentrations to be obtained, hastening the purification of the liquid. Reduced system pressures are also obtained by arranging multiple osmotically assisted reverse osmosis stages in a cross-current arrangement. Overall system energy consumption is reduced compared to conventional thermal processes for high concentration streams.

The platforms include at least one lane, wherein each lane includes at least one cell culture well, at least one oxygenator for fluid oxygenation, and a pump system containing at least one pump per lane. The oxygenator may include a separate fluid path for oxygenating the fluid, which allows controlling and measuring the oxygen concentration in the fluid, shortening the diffusion length, and passively diffusing oxygen. Provided are also different configurations for the oxygenator, fluid circulation in the platforms, attachment means for securing scaffolds to culture wells, and pneumatic plates.

The method of the present invention provides a new idea for further extracting IP information in a TEM response.
