    Abstract: A method of analyzing protein-protein interactions includes: preparing two substrates, in which first protein-binding molecules that are biomolecules to be bound to the first proteins are attached to each of the substrates; inducing binding between the first proteins and the first protein-binding molecules on the first substrate and the second substrate, respectively, by supplying the first proteins included in the control group-cell to the first substrate among the two substrates and supplying the first proteins included in the experimental group-cell to the second substrate among the two substrates; supplying cell lysates of cells including the marker-tagged second proteins to the first substrate and the second substrate, respectively; and comparing the interactions between the first proteins and the second proteins on the first substrate and the second substrate in the supply of the cell lysates to the first substrate and the second substrate, respectively.

A compound obtained from (2R)-2-deoxy-2,2-disubstituted-ribono-1,4-lactone via an acylation reaction can be directly used for preparing various anti-viral and anti-tumor drugs. The Chiral synthesis method and the spontaneous resolution method of the compound of (2R)-2-deoxy-2,2-disubstituted-ribono-1,4-lactone according to the invention have the following advantages: the reaction routes are short and simple with high yield and low cost, which are suitable for industrial application.

    Abstract: A process and apparatus for separating an olefin from mixed gases containing light olefins is provided. The process includes adsorbing the olefin of an olefin-containing mixed gas in an adsorption column packed with an adsorbent selectively adsorbing the olefin; discharging gases other than the olefin through the outlet of the adsorption column; desorbing the adsorbed olefin by displacement using a desorbent, and separating the olefin from the desorbent, thereby producing a high-purity olefin. The apparatus includes adsorption columns packed with an adsorbent selectively adsorbing an olefin, and at least two distillation columns for separating an olefin/desorbent mixture and an olefin poor stream/desorbent into their components. If the olefin concentration of the off-gas from an olefin rinse step is higher than that of a raw material gas, recovering the olefin from the off-gas is carried out before or after the adsorption step.
