Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus and method for ray-tracing using a path preprocess. The method for ray-tracing including launching a ray from a transmitting point at angles with regular intervals, setting a first side of an object where the launched ray is projected as a reference patch, and searching predetermined preprocessed path data for a counterpart patch corresponding to a second side of another object, the second side being exposed to the projected ray reflected or diffracted from the set reference patch, and tracing a transmission path of the reflected or diffracted ray.

The copolymer of the present invention is a biodegradable polymer being able to be usefully used instead of conventional synthetic plastic, and the copolymer can be used also for medical use.

Furthermore, the steam-providing and water-circulating system and provides steam into the plasma torch for the generation of the plasma. The synthetic gas cleaner is in communication with the chamber. The synthetic gas cleaner receives the produced synthetic gas and polishes it into fuel-class gas.

Abstract: Package structures for integrating thermoelectric components with stacking chips are presented. The package structures include a chip with a pair of conductive through vias. Thermoelectric components are disposed on the other side of the chip, wherein the thermoelectric component includes a first type conductive thermoelectric element and a second type conductive thermoelectric element respectively corresponding to and electrically connecting to the pair of conductive through vias. A substrate is disposed on the thermoelectric component, wherein the thermoelectric component, the pair of conductive through vias and the conductive element form a thermoelectric current path. Therefore, heat generated from the chip is transferred outward through a thermoelectric path formed from the thermoelectric components, the conductive through vias and the conductive elements.
